Posizione centralissima, appartamento davvero carino, arredamento curato, possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e presenza della macchina del caffè e alcune confezioni di marmellata. Bagno molto carino e nuovo.
Tanta escursione termica tra il piano della cucina e quello della camera da letto, ma è un difetto marginale.

Camera accogliente, pulita e calda. Il bagno era nuovo e molto comodo, la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario e pratica.
Se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo direi androne e scale esterne non molto pulite e un po’ trascurate. Ma capisco che non dipende solo da loro ma da tutti i condomini.

The location, right above the porta Eburnea, is great.
Let's say, the host could have been a little friendlier. I did not feel welcome. She wasn't there when I arrived, did not inquire whether I had arrived. When I left, I sent her a text telling her I checked-out and wishing her a nice day. I didn't get a reply. In a city like Perugia, on the top of a hill, I was very much looking forward to the view: I was disappointed. I had to hung out of the window to see something other than the opposite wall. Also not a recommended spot if you are not an enthusiast of doves.
