Appartamento accogliente . Buona posizione per visitare il centro. Comodissimo il.parcheggio privato. Utilissima la presenza di lavatrice asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile anche a distanza . Letto comodissimo
Condizionatore un pochino rumoroso. Di notte meglio utilizzare il ventilatore. Casa comunque fresca nonostante le temperature elevate esterne .

Es un apartamento amplio que dispone de una plaza de parking cómoda justo al lado, lo que es muy importante si, además de visitar la bonita ciudad de Perugia, viajas en coche por los alrededores. Todo funcionaba a la perfección (agua caliente, wifi, calefacción...). La cama es muy cómoda y el dormitorio muy amplio. Todo estaba muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy amable y nos explicó el funcionamiento de todo. Contesta rápidamente a los mensajes. Está a unos 6' andando de las escaleras mecánicas que suben al casco histórico lo que resulta muy conveniente. Por cierto, enfrente hay un bar (EB) que ponen unos spritzs buenísimos con un aperitivo abundante. Son muy amables. También se puede comer.
Como tengo el sueño bastante ligero me molestó el ruido de los coches, pero con unos tapones se puede amortiguar.
