I stayed for 6 days and it was a perfect length of time to explore

The location is ideal for those that want to use it as a base for travel outside Perugia. Both train station and bus stop within a block. If you want to visit the historic centre the mini-metro is 2 blocks away and saves you a lot of uphill walking. The co-op grocery is very close as is an excellent trattoria.

Ottimo alloggio, proprietario disponibile

Simone mi ha aiutato in tutto, dal primo all'ultimo minuto. Mi ha inviato tutte le informazioni necessarie per iscritto e con delle foto, rispondendo immediatamente alle mie domande. L'appartamento si trova a 60-80 metri dalla stazione di Fontivegge, al 7° piano di un edificio nuovo e sicuro. L'appartamento è giovane, elegante, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La fermata Pincetto è a tre minuti a piedi, quindi in 6-8 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico della città. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio. Mille grazie, Simone, la prossima volta che verrò a Perugia so già dove alloggerò. A tra poco! Giulio

La posizione per noi molto favorevole per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria.

Alcune carenze nella struttura facilmente risolvibili come, per esempio, mancanza di un bollitore per riscaldare l’acqua. Un porta rotolo carta igienica nel bagno. Una tenda alle finestre del soggiorno per avere un minimo di privacy che attualmente manca, soprattutto la sera.

Sehr praktische und gute Location direkt beim Bahn

Sehr gute Lage gleich beim Bahnhof. Coop in der Nähe. Minimetro für in das Zentrum auch. Das Beste ist der sehr hilfsbereite und überaus freundliche Gastgeber Simone! Grosses Kompliment!

Es war alles ok. Das Haus ist ein wenig ringhörig. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, muss man sich auf das einstellen oder Ohropax besorgen. Aber all die anderen positiven Aspekte überwiegen das bei weitem.

Host gentilissimo, casa conforme alle fotografie molto bella, moderna e attrezzata di tutto.

Da migliorare la pulizia e il riscaldamento praticamente assente nella casa, solamente il termosifone del bagno era funzionante
