A large copy comfortable apartment

Large copy apartment, there was everything we need. Near the station. A parking space top

Lovely apartment and location

Great location, perfect for visiting Perugia itself or the surrounding areas. Easy access to mini metro. Very spacious apartment and everything you would need. Sara very kindly provided some snacks, water and other items which meant we didn’t need to purchase anything for our short stay. Reserved parking space is handy.

Just a note that the road directly in and out of the apartment is tight so a large car might struggle.

Weekend con la famiglia

L'appartamento è grande ed è arredato molto bene, trovi tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, cucina fornita di tutto e un po', posizione della struttura ottima, vicinissima al centro (mezz'ora a piedi e poco più di 5 minuti in minimetrò).

Изключително уютен, удобен и декориран с отношение към детайла апартамент. Сара ни посрещна, а за нашия престой се беше погрижила за всичко. Имаше и онова персонално отношение като да сме специални гости. С ръка на сърце - никога досега не сме имали такъв топлосърдечен домакин! Имаше предостатъчно капсули за кафемашината, вода. Като комплимент за Нова година се беше погрижила за бутилка просеко и традиционния италиански десерт Панетоне. Апартаментът е на тихо и удобно място само на две спирки с мини-метрото от центъра. Препоръчвам с две ръце!

Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса, дори не мога препоръка да дам, защото всичко беше повече от чудесно!

Een comfortabel appartement, volledig uitgerust en uitstekend contact met Sara! De minimetro ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen en brengt je in drie haltes naar het stadscentrum.

Een geweldig appartement, met alle faciliteiten voor een een super mini vakantie. Fantastische ligging met alle openbaar

Mooi en groot appartement in een rustige buurt en op loopafstand een perfecte Pizzeria en alle openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden. Het appartement heeft alle faciliteiten en perfecte WiFi. De communicatie met de eigenaar was perfect. Kortom: alles super voor een heerlijke city-trip met vriendinnen aan Perugia en omgeving.

Tutto, super equipaggiata. C’era veramente tutto!!! Dal sale, olio, latte, biscotti, patatine e poi forbici, due phon, asciugamani, spugne, spezie, ripeto, TUTTO!

Soggiorno weekend lungo

Posizione strategica rispetto alla stazione, minimetro (una scoperta, 2 fermate dal centro) e bus. C'è anche la coop. Silenzioso. Ottimo il pub/pizzeria vicino. 3 Camere accoglienti, finemente arredate e pulite. 2 bagni con doccia,di cui uno con porte a vetri per doccia. Tutto funzionante, pulito e nuovo. Servizio check in e check out agevolato e strutturato per diverse esigenze. Grazie per la gentilezza e rapidità delle risposte. C'è tutto. Grazie anche per le provviste di acqua ed altre cose. Ambiente confortevole ed accogliente. Ci siamo trovate benissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento super spazioso, arredato nuovo con molto buon gusto, super fornito di tutto: - colazione ricca di biscotti, marmellate, cialde per caffè, patatine... acqua in bottiglia a volontà e pure una bottiglia di vino messi in frigo, - superforniti anche i due bagni di asciugamani e prodotti entrambi con il phon - aria condizionata in ogni camera da letto - bellissimo terrazzino vicinissimo al minimetrò che porta direttamente al centro di Perugia. La proprietaria ci ha accolti con molte utili informazioni e attenzioni: splendida! Super raccomandato!

Quasi perfetto!

Tutto! Davvero una bella casetta, ben arredata, confortevole. Dotata di tanti comfort, acqua a disposizione, caffè, biscottini e patatine. Doccia caldissima. Davvero ci siamo sentite coccolate. Parcheggio auto riservato. Host molto gentile

Il riscaldamento è quasi inesistente e in una città fredda e umida come Perugia è inaccettabile. La proprietaria ci ha detto che non dipende da lei ma dal condominio ma ciò non risolve la situazione. I phon per capelli poco funzionali (uno fa aria fredda, nell'altro bisogna tenere il pulsante sempre premuto col dito!)
