Ciao Perugia till we meet again.

The hospitality was superb. Franca greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Bed was soft and comfortable and the kitchen was filled with utensils and the cabinet had glasses, cups and plates. Perfect opportunity to cook as well. Truly an amazing place to spend a relaxing time whilst visiting Perugia.

Very good

I guess it is best for touring by car. The Minimetro Terminus is 4 km away with sufficient free parking and takes you to the city centre in 15 mimutes. Just be aware that the last return is around 9 pm currently. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast is good and abundant.

"Pets not welcome" says there are some on premise - this was not clear for me.

Perché scegliere una struttura fuori città

La posizione. Il tramonto. La possibilità di parcheggiare dentro il cortile. La struttura pulita i cani, i due bagni Di certo non è una struttura in centro paese e Perugia non è una città facile per le auto. Ma l'abbiamo scelta anche per la posizione decentrata e la scelta è stata molto azzeccata

Posizione eccezionale per potersi muovere in vari posti, casa spaziosa, con uno spazio esterno, pulitissima e accoglienza da parte dei proprietari eccezionale. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il signor Francesco, molto disponibile anche nel dar informazioni per muoversi e mangiare. Che dire. Chiunque dovesse chiedermi un consiglio, sicuramente proporrò Villa Flora E se dovessi tornare nella zona, la mia scelta andrà sicuramente su Villa Flora . Grazie

Fue una estancia agradable volvería a quedarme en ese lugar en una próxima visita lo recomiendo 100%

Estaba super limpio , dormimos super cómodos , Las personas ahí fueron muy amables hasta me prestaron cargadores para los celulares y me llevaron gratis al Aereopuerto para alquilar un carro, todo estaba bonito dentro y la vista desde la terraza bellísima

Nella campagna perugina, ben collegata al centro, informale ed ideale per famiglie.

Appartamento ricavato all'interno di una residenza privata, ampio ed accogliente, luminoso e ben esposto. Cucina accogliente e ben attrezzata. Camere fresche e ben arredate. Spaziosi anche i bagni. C'è anche un camino nel grande soggiorno! La posizione in periferia obbliga ad usare l'auto, ma il piazzale Umbria Jazz, da cui parte il MiniMetrò per raggiungere il centro di Perugia, è a pochissimi chilometri e si raggiunge in cinque minuti. Ottima soluzione per una famiglia.

Villetta in zona Lacugnano centralissima, vicino a tutto ma in un angolo di tranquillità tipica umbra. L’appartemento era curato e perfetto per una famiglia! Consigliatissimo, a presto!

Appartamento al piano terreno sconsigliato

Proprietario molto gentile. Posto auto comodo.

Appartamento in parte interrato, molto buio, una sola porta finestra in una camera (con davanti il posteggio) salotto/cucina con solo una piccola finestra in alto, seconda camera con solo un'apertura sulla carrabile dietro la casa. I cuscini andrebbero lavati. Sconsigliato se si cerca tranquillità, i cani abbaiano ad ogni ora.
