If you're in this area and enjoy staying in apartments, this is the best deal! You can only get there with a car, but the villa where the apartment is located is conveniently located. Large, beautiful house and garden. Very friendly hosts with good English. Check-in and check-out are immediate. The apartment is very spacious. There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bidet. Toiletries and a full set of new towels are provided. The large kitchen/living room has all the necessary utensils, a dining area, and cooking facilities. A microwave and gas stove are also included. Everything is clean. Salt and other spices, vegetable oil are provided. Dishwashing liquid, a new sponge, and a table towel are provided. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi is available. We've been here in both winter and summer. The heating works in winter. There's no air conditioning, but in summer, the fans in each room are very helpful. Recommended for a stop!

Het appartement is gigantisch als je maar met z'n twee bent: drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een grote living en keuken én een waanzinnig panoramisch terras zijn beter voor een kroostrijk gezin of een groep vrienden. Maar je hoort ons niet klagen. De hosts hebben alles voorzien om het naar je zin te maken en wie iets langer dan twee nachten blijft, raden we een babbel met de zoon des huizes aan. Hij maakt je wegwijs in alles wat je in en rond Perugia moet bezoeken, inclusief adresjes waar je uitstekend kan gaan eten.

Appartamento in parte interrato, molto buio, una sola porta finestra in una camera (con davanti il posteggio) salotto/cucina con solo una piccola finestra in alto, seconda camera con solo un'apertura sulla carrabile dietro la casa. I cuscini andrebbero lavati. Sconsigliato se si cerca tranquillità, i cani abbaiano ad ogni ora.
