Fine for one night

Pros: - host - really attentive host - location - really close to the historical center, everything is walking distance - parking - available in Hotel Iris nearby In general it is okay place to stay for 1 night considering the price. I wouldn't consider staying for more than that though if you look for reasonable confort.

Cons: - condition - apartment is not in a great shape (comparing to the photos) - comfort - it seems the place was previously a store with wide door towards the street on the ground floor. It wasn't possible to completely close the window blinds and there is no door to bedroom.

It was okay

Good location, great bathroom. Kitchen was okay. The staff at Hotel Iris was very kind and available.

It wasn’t a double bed but two single bed next to each other, you can’t sleep in the middle as the beds split and you fall. Not very solid structure either. Bed sheets were low quality and some of the pillows cases had small holes, one was actually ripped. Not sure when it was the last time that the quilt was washed.

Everything! Especially the beautiful smell in the apartment and the bed was so comfy! Super clean! From other sides bathroom os also cool, there are lots of towels and water pressure is very good! The kitchen is even better than at home. There is even a kettle! Wi-fi, conditioner, everything is in good and useful condition. Location - perfect! Staff - perfect! Appartment - perfect! Memories - only the best! Absolutely reccomeneded!

Only shower is not very comfortable to use, because the screen is not large enough, so water gets on the toilet.

The very location in the old town outweighs the disadvantages of the arrangement of the apartment.

Excellent position in the city. Shaded parking at another location of the host.

Aparma is a converted ground floor garage. The cabinetry is unambitious, the equipment is dilapidated, modest and insufficient and originally from the lowest price range. The front door with a window is plastic and has no anti-burglary characteristics. The container is plastic. The building is constantly dehumidified, the smell of moisture is masked by a floral fragrance.

Exceptional

The appartment was very clean which is always pleasing at the first glance. It's located in a very good location at the historic center of Perugia and also close to the minimetro by which you can have access to the train station.

Very good

The apartment is situated just a short walk away from the city centre. The owners are always available and they have been very nice and helpful. The private parking is also a plus as you can head out with your mind at rest knowing that there's always going to be an available space to park when you get back.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable as it consisted of a sliding screen, which when positioned in a way to avoid getting the rest of the room wet as much as possible, there was barely any room to stand in.

The location is perfect. Close to the Piazza and a really nice area in general. The apartment is quite small but it has everything you would need. It is very clean and the staff is also super friendly and helpful

La posizione è perfetta, suggerisco di prenotare il parcheggio perché a Perugia è difficile parcheggiare. Il riscaldamento è ok.

Pulizia molto da rivedere... peli nel frigorifero, pavimenti sporchi, sedie inutilizzabili (poi ci hanno fornito dei cuscini) stoviglie sporche piano cottura sporco. .. su nostra richiesta hanno dato una passatina ma... diciamo che devono rivedere di molto la qualità del servizio di pulizia. Naturalmente ho le foto.

Breve, ma da rrifare, sicuramente prendendo in considerazione questo appartamento.

Appartamento centrale, molto pulito. Artin ed il ragazzo che era nella portineria, sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti . L'appartamento è stato facile da trovare insieme al parcheggio anche grazie al video del percorso che ti mandano su WhatsApp! È un appartamento stupendo e sopratutto sta a 10 minuti da corso Vannucci dove è situato l’Eurochocolate.

Monolocale a due passi dal centro

Appartamento con arredo e bagno praticamente nuovi. Perfettamente pulito. Dotazione con pompa di calore tra le migliori che riscalda l'ambiente in tempo zero. Letto comodo. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che si occupano del check-in / out sono molto simpatici e pronti a darti consigli su ristoranti e su come orientarti in città. Possibilita di parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze chiedendo alla struttura.

Ci vorrebbe un punto luce per la sera a livello del letto. Peccato non ci sia una finestra oltre alla porta a vetri di ingresso.

Buon posto dove soggiornare a Perugia

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro città di Perugia, in una zona tranquilla e sicura. Per una somma onesta ci è stato permesso di parcheggiare la macchina in un posto sicuro e per noi è stata una gran comodità. Il receptionist è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato ad orientarci nella città e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare e su cosa visitare.

Si tratta di un appartamento al pian terreno che si affaccia direttamente sulla strada e da cui sono stato ricavati dei mini appartamenti. Si sentivano i rumori della via e TUTTI i rumori del mini appartamento adiacente

Bardzo piękne miasto. Apartament położony w części starego miasta niedaleko od fontanny. Bardzo przyjazny i sympatyczny personel, który pomaga w organizacji pobytu. Dostaliśmy nawet darmowe śniadanie w hotelu.

Personale eccellente, gentile e disponibile. La posizione è un po’ scomoda da raggiungere ma il personale ha fornito spiegazioni dettagliate. Pulito e in posizione centrale.

Camera non insonorizzata, purtroppo si sentono, essendo a piano terra sulla strada, le macchine e le persone parlare nelle camere accanto. Ma questo è l’unico appunto. In ogni caso consigliatissimo e ci tornerei molto volentieri. Il valore aggiunto è il personale!

Deludente

L’unica nota positiva di questa struttura e’ la posizione, in quanto molto centrale e il poter prenotare il parcheggio auto non custodito presso la struttura principale (a pagamento). L’appartamento probabilmente e’ stato ricavato da una vecchia cantina, ma non lo abbiamo trovato affatto accogliente, un po’ sporco e con la rubinetteria che ti invitava a non essere toccata! Due tv inutili in quanto il segnale e’ inesistente. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza alla reception appena arrivati (30 minuti dopo aver messo piede in appartamento); siamo ripartiti e durante il soggiorno nessuno si è degnato di aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Ci hanno solo chiesto di verificare se l’antenna fosse attaccata! Non siamo andati a Perugia a vedere la tv ma, almeno la sera, una volta a letto sapere cosa e’ successo nel mondo avrebbe fatto piacere. Non prenoteremo più in questa struttura, anche in considerazione che, quanto pagato, giustifica solo la posizione, ma non il resto!

L'appartamento ci ha un po deluso, non si presenta benissimo, sa di "vecchio" e é poco accogliente, probabilmente ci è capitato quello meno carino della struttura a giudicare dalle foto. Il bagno molto piccolo non permette l'installazione di una doccia tradizionale, ci si deve accontentare di una specie di separé e lo scarico direttamente sulle piastrelle senza piatto doccia, con il risultato che si allaga ad ogni utilizzo
