A beautiful visit to a beautiful city, with beautiful views and nice people.

The location of the stay was excellent. It was only a couple minutes walk from the Piazza IV Novembre and there was a movie theater right around the corner which was cool to visit. The kitchen was a good size and it was full of pots and pans, among other utensils. The shower was also very cool with the lights on the inside. The hosts were wonderful and gave some advice of things to do in the area. Overall, our stay here was awesome and if we go to Perugia again we will be sure to check this property out again.

The two bed frames pushed together to create a king sized bed was a little difficult to sleep in. We kept falling into the crack. Other than that it was excellent.

Very good value for money

Very spacious and close to the centre, amazing temperature inside because its a basement ...very clean and nice touches like coffee machine and laundry machine

There wasn't a full body mirror or a make-up mirror , basically there was only the bathroom mirror and this makes it extremely hard for many people to get ready at the same time. Also the place needs a mop because the bathroom gets very wet. The host wasn't very responsive, he gave me tips about the city the evening before check out...

Pretty as a Picture

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment..it's cost, although small, it's well laid out and comfortable! It is located in one of the side streets (alley) away from the crowds.. just a short walk to the city centre.

For tall people.. moving your way around the bathroom (toilet) may be a bit of a tight squeeze 😁

great location- very close to the main square and in fact in the historic city centre, useful kitchenette where we could have breakfast/ prepare some snack. easy access to the apartment- a sign would be helpful though

the Apartment was a bit wet as it is partially a basement (useful as well as we did not need air conditioning). The worst thing was the noise from the street- we heard and felt vibrations of every car that passed

Perfectly.located

Riccardo, the host, is very nice and helpful. We had a small issue and he assisted us in 10 minutes. The location is ideal: a few minutes walk from the city center and with 2 car parks which are very convenient. The apartment is clean and it gives you the old city vibes

The flat is pretty noisy. The bedrooms window is on the street and when people pass (especially people who have enjoyed more than one glass of great Umbria wine 😉) Besides this, there were a few little things that, with some attention to detail, would have made a lot.of a difference: 1. There is the espresso machine, but we found only 2 capsules (for a 3 night stay, for 2 persons) 2. There was no shower gel. There is a supermarket very close, but we realized it late and we had to go out again under the rain These are small things, but.once there, they really matter.

I parcheggi sono abbastanza lontani, ma si possono scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'alloggio. Manca qualche utensile in cucina (scolapasta ed apribottiglie). Sarebbe utile un altro specchio (in camera da letto o soggiorno), oltre quello presente in bagno.

ottima posizione vicinissima al centro storico, ampi spazi, arredamento curato, soffitti molto caratteristici, facilità di check-in, camera dotata di frigo e macchina del caffè

ambiente poco arieggiato, materassi scomodi che necessitano di essere sostituiti, lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo, doccia funzionante in parte, pulizia e ordine della stanza migliorabile

La zona pieno centro l'unica cosa positiva.

Bagno poco funzionale bide e lavandino inutilizzabili,macchina del caffè rotta sostituita e non funzionante ugualmente,doccia con getto solo bollente manopola temperatura rotta che girava a vuoto ,appartamento sporchissimo con resti di persone state li chi sa quanti mesi prima .il terzo letto(quello per la bambina nell'ingresso ,formato da due gr cuscini di altezza diversa,naturalmente non ha potuto dormire nessuno in quel letto.casa in pieno centro storico ma in un vico molto buio che fa paura ma alla fine dei conti per fortuna molto tranquillo.

Posizione centrale, arredamento molto curato. La bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo.

Il terribile odore di muffa, la poca luce e la possibilità di aprire una sola finestra delle due ad altezza del soffitto: il locale è un seminterrato. La macchinetta del caffè guasta e gli spazi in bagno sfruttati male. Essendo a piano terra è anche entrato un simpatico gatto in casa...

Si potrebbe dare più nelle piccole accortezze

La doccia

Non abbiamo trovato federe nei cuscini . Di solito quando una persona arriva una bottiglia d'acqua si trova in frigo , ma invece nulla . Macchina del caffè non funzionante . Il bidè era collocato in una posizione molto scomoda perché era vicinissimo ad un altro mobile che non permetteva una comoda seduta e il lavabo era piuttosto piccolo da rendere difficili anche le azioni più facili . Non abbiamo avuto modo di relazionarci con una persona fisica e quando abbiamo contattato qualcuno tramite messaggi non è stata data alcuna risposta.

Volvería seguro, buena ubicacion y muy bien equipada

Tiene todos los servicios necesarios el baño esta genial tiene una ducha maravillosa. La cocina tambien esta muy bien equipada y tiene cafetera muy util para los amantes del cafe

Es verdad que no tiene nada de luz natural y eso puede ser un inconveniente, ademas las camas son dos pequeñas no una grande. Pero en relacion calidad precio es muy recomendable.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla piazza e dai parcheggi liberi

Dovrebbero essere presi dei piccoli accorgimenti: scopino del water rotto, una luce della camera non funzionante e pertanto camera poco luminosa e la struttura non era molto pulita: capsule del caffè piene di polvere, cuscini sporchi riposti nell’armadietto. Bagno molto piccolo: bastava fare la doccia la metà così da riuscire a ricavare un lavandino molto più grande e comodo e ricreare degli spazi dove appoggiare le cose (che alle donne serve sempre). Cuscini non molto comodi, ma quello va a gusti. Divano e puff non mi davano idea di essere puliti essendo fatti di tessuto chiaro.

Posizione comoda. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Presenza di frigorifero e fornelli. Divano fronte TV molto piacevole per le sere fredde.

Bagno scomodo. Lavabo mini, bidet inusabile data la posizione. Doccia enorme ma chiusa e con sentore di muffa. Terzo letto scomodo. Finestre che danno sulle strade senza tende, non il massimo per la privacy.

un po più di attenzione. siamo arrivati di domenica e avremmo voluto trovare una bottiglia d'acqua, la mancanza di carta igienica e di uno strofinaccio per la cucina. il bidet stretto per la presenza di un mobiletto, la doccia aveva una sola temperatura
