Great, quiet area, close to public transport that leads to the historic center.

Everything was good, it is a nice, clean, and spacious apartment with a little garden and close to public transport. Great if you'd like to feel more at home instead of being at a hotel. You can go to the supermarket nearby and cook your own meals. The kitchen is big and clean.

Everything was excellent, the showerhead is a bit old but that is literally the only minor thing.

Good, but not as good as we had thought from the description on booking.com

The kitchen is very well equipped (washing machine available), the bathroom is very clean, the bedroom is spacious with enough wardrobes and closets. Wifi is fast enough. We could park the car in front of the house (reserved place), but the street is narrow. So you have to park/move the car precisely. The house might not be close to the center of the town (too far to walk, to steep to cycle), but at 300 meters there is a stop for the Minimetro (Madonna Alta). For 1,50 euro it takes you to the towncenter (Pincetto) in less than 10 min. There is a minimetro every 3 à 5 minutes ! That is a big plus for the location of the house. There is a minimarket at ca 300 meter (at the end of the street), where you can buy bread in the morning.

This is not a whole house as the website at booking.com claims: it is a ground floor appartment. There is somenone living in the appartment above. This appartment has no 'balcony' and there is no 'view on the garden' or the town neither. What we missed most is a sitting corner, or a living room. We had to sit in the kitchen in the evening, but that is not comfortable. 'Garden', 'terrace' or 'patio' are big words for the narrow stretch of earth (not grass) along the house. There is some garden furniture there. We tried it the first evening, but after 15 min we had to flee from the mosquitos. Next morning we were covered with bites. For the rest of the week we stayed inside the house (kitchen!) in the evening.

The apartment is fine, and location is very convenient - close to Perugia center with buses there, and close to highway to get to other places.

Parking is always available, but the street is very narrow and one depends on others on this street to be able to maneuver into parking position.

Nice place but no AC

David was very helpful with tips and suggestions for our visit. Also he was always available to help with anything we needed during our stay.

37 degrees and no AC made it very difficult to sleep at night. It is not walkable to the city center, you probably need a car because the public transport closes around 9pm. We didn’t mind the location, the price reflects it as well.

Speravo meglio.

Silenzio notturno,posizione,riscaldamento, celerità nel risolvere un problema dovuto alla assenza di acqua calda.

Forte odore di stantio. Scarsa manutenzione (prese con cavi scoperti). Mancanza microonde (indicata presenza come elettrodomestico). Mancanza tenda doccia. Mancanza di accendigas (scarico). Cucina vetusta e poco pulita.

1 settimana a Perugia e dintorni

- Posizione eccellente: 200 m da minimetro stazione Madonna Alta (che arriva fino in centro a Perugia). - Parcheggio interno nel cortile privato. - Proprietario comunicativo, cortese e sollecito nella risoluzione dei problemi. - Connessione Wi-Fi eccellente. - Zona molto tranquilla. - Appartamento caldo, caldaia molto ben funzionante anche per l'acqua calda. - Presente un piccolo spazio esterno (adesso fa troppo freddo per usarlo)

- Il problema vero è che l'appartamento ne presenta un altro sopra, e l'isolamento acustico è totalmente assente. Se le persone al di sopra si alzano, pur nella loro massima educazione, è come sentirle anche sotto. In uno dei 7 pernottamenti, al mattino, per un'ora si è sentito rumore di oggetti spostati, una signora che è scesa dalle scale che pareva un tamburo, salvo declamare al mondo che aveva dimenticato le chiavi. In camera da letto si è sentito tutto con massima chiarezza. E' stato l'unico episodio eclatante, credo che il nostro ospite abbia avvisato sopra, ma è tutto demandato alla loro cortesia. - Via del Toppo è a fondo cieco (ottimo), ma è stretta e sempre con mezzi parcheggiati: in auto ci passate appena (ma ci passate, niente drammi), se avete un minivan non credo. - Dotazione di cucina da migliorare: pentolini senza coperchi, assenza di microonde, qualche padella gioverebbe (1 settimana in appartamento porta a cucinare un po').
