Decent spacious 2 bedroom apartment

I was surprised to discover it was a 2 bed apartment. It was huge with a kitchenette, and full cooking equipment, a fridge and washing machine. It's a 9 minute scenic walk to the medieval centre so very convenient - although a lot of hills! The host was helpful and allowed me to have the room earlier than the check in time, for which I was truly grateful. Also, I thought I got locked out one evening, and he came straight away and showed me I was turning the lock the wrong way!! Water left for he and a coffee machine with coffee were nice touches

There's very little natural light. The two windows to the front, one in the bathroom one in the bedroom have been frosted over for privacy so full light gets through. The large window in the large room sits on the street outside and nothing to see but the cars parked over the road. The noise is cars flying past and people walking up and down is tremendous and feels like you're actually in the road! Similarly in the front but this is less noisy as not so many cars can get up here. The bathroom has a door missing and so the toilet is open facing the front door. Even though the glass in the front door is frosted, this was uncomfortable especially as people walked past. Made me nervous for my privacy. The shower is also missing a door so the cold from the other rooms filters in when you're showering plus water goes everywhere. They could do with proper curtains in the front bedroom rather than 2 bits of off cut material on a bit of string.

Clean, funky decor, great location in historic centre close to transport, easy instructions, keys handy inside lock box

Only okay for 1-2 nights as feels like a cellar with no outdoor space (both doors open directly to laneways), shower and coffee machine leaked a bit, the mattress on the sofa bed is uncomfortable

Lovely spot in ideal location

Lovely spacious flat in an ideal location, very close to the restaurants and bars of Via della Viola and a short walk to the main square. Communication was good and self-check-in was easy.

The bedroom got quite bright in the morning - thicker/wider curtains would be ideal.

The apartment was lovely. And great location. Walking distance to everywhere...

The single beds in the main room were a little uncomfortable they needed a little more padding, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay

Ideal stay for a group of 4

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures (really pretty and rustic), the location is central and definetly great for a group of 4 visiting the city. The communication with the owner was also really good and it was great to have a small kitchen to cook up breakfast.

The bed wasn't great in the bigger room, as i think it was partly broken, but we made do.

La stradina di accesso è un po' faticosa per le persone anziane, a causa di una ripida salita. Per fortuna il percorso è molto breve. La zona soggiorno/letto è rumorosa a causa della strada adiacente, specialmente alla sera, quando possono passare le auto e per il passaggio a piedi dei ragazzi che tornano a casa.

Bonita experiencia en un lugar con aire medieval

Tuvimos una excelente estancia en Perugia. La ubicación es muy buena, ideal para recorrer el centro a pie, y el departamento tiene un encanto especial, con un estilo característico y un toque medieval que lo hace único. ¡Muy recomendable!

No funcionaba la cafetera y la ducha es un poco incómoda para bañarse ya que no tiene una mampara y se moja el piso

Bella ma non tornerei

La struttura ha una posizione veramente comoda, si arriva facilmente ovunque anche perché la fermata dell’autobus è proprio alla fine della stradina. L’host sembra molto disponibile e cerca di venire in contro il più possibile.

Sopratutto in salotto (dove ci sono gli altri letti) la strada è molto rumorosa e nel silenzio della notte può essere un po’ fastidioso. Entra freddo dalle finestre, nonostante siano fornite di vetri camera; gli spifferi entrano e raffreddavano molto le stanze, sopratutto nel salotto dov’è presente una porta finestra. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare e leggendo le recensioni mi sono resa conto che i suggerimenti dati dagli altri ospiti non sono stati presi minimamente in considerazione. Un vero peccato perché la struttura è veramente bella, il padrone sembra molto cordiale. Basterebbero pochi accorgimenti per rendere il soggiorno perfetto o addirittura consigliabile a qualcuno.

Mi spiace solamente per la porta di ingresso che permette a chi è fuori di vedere dentro. Una tenda per coprire non sarebbe male anche se è qualcosa di facilmente bypassabile chiudendo le stanze
