We really wanted to stay in a beautiful historic apartment in the city center and it lived up to all of our expectations. The location, close to the main square, the Etruscan well, underground, and Aqueduct Street was perfect. The host contacted us to make sure that everything was up to our expectations and provided some tips for attractions in Perugia. If you are driving into the city, the apartment was about a 5 minute walk from the Parcheggio Saba Sant'Antonio parking area. We parked there each day/night without any problems. Overall the apartment was great, no complaints at all.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro.
L'appartamento è esteticamente molto suggestivo.
La consiglio fortemente per la praticità e il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La stradina di accesso è un po' faticosa per le persone anziane, a causa di una ripida salita. Per fortuna il percorso è molto breve.
La zona soggiorno/letto è rumorosa a causa della strada adiacente, specialmente alla sera, quando possono passare le auto e per il passaggio a piedi dei ragazzi che tornano a casa.

I was surprised to discover it was a 2 bed apartment. It was huge with a kitchenette, and full cooking equipment, a fridge and washing machine. It's a 9 minute scenic walk to the medieval centre so very convenient - although a lot of hills! The host was helpful and allowed me to have the room earlier than the check in time, for which I was truly grateful. Also, I thought I got locked out one evening, and he came straight away and showed me I was turning the lock the wrong way!! Water left for he and a coffee machine with coffee were nice touches
There's very little natural light. The two windows to the front, one in the bathroom one in the bedroom have been frosted over for privacy so full light gets through. The large window in the large room sits on the street outside and nothing to see but the cars parked over the road. The noise is cars flying past and people walking up and down is tremendous and feels like you're actually in the road! Similarly in the front but this is less noisy as not so many cars can get up here. The bathroom has a door missing and so the toilet is open facing the front door. Even though the glass in the front door is frosted, this was uncomfortable especially as people walked past. Made me nervous for my privacy. The shower is also missing a door so the cold from the other rooms filters in when you're showering plus water goes everywhere. They could do with proper curtains in the front bedroom rather than 2 bits of off cut material on a bit of string.
