We had a nice stay overall, but the lack of air conditioning made the summer nights a bit tough.

The location of the apartment in Perugia is great – it's close to the city center, the bus station (including AirLink buses to the airport), and the minimetro. There's plenty of space, some toys for kids, a dishwasher, and a large kitchen where you can easily prepare meals. The large bed has a fairly firm mattress, which might not be comfortable for everyone.

The apartment is very spacious and has a large bathroom, but the bathroom has two doors that can't be locked, which might be a bit tricky if you're staying with kids. The biggest downside is the lack of air conditioning – during summer nights, it can get quite uncomfortable

Strange floor plan with doors as obstacle . Windows with no view except alley in back full of trash

Nothing welcoming about this apartment. No starter foods like water, bowl of fruit, bread, eggs, etc, like most apartments we have rented. Uncomfortable bed.

Spacious, clean two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, Interesting interior, close to the center, Well-equiped kitchen, spacious bathroom with bath. Two toilets.

We lived there for 4 days in February, it was very cold. The apartment is big, living room with kitchen are one big space. The room temperature was 19 C which is OK for night sleep but not enough for dining. We were dining covered with blankets. The children beds were with thin uncomfortable mattresses. The kitchen ware is a bit less than needed provided there is a fully equiped modern kitchen. Only two forks, no salad or other bowls, etc. The electricity adapter for the whole apartment was only one - we had to move it around. The host did not answer the phone when contacted her and this happened twice. Guess she lives far away from the apartment.

Great location and very well decorated. We felt at home even better ! The flat is big and comfortable. The communication with the host was very nice and fluid. I will come back !

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort

Situato nel centro storico di Perugia. Non è stato semplicissimo trovarlo, ma una volta arrivati è stato poi facile muoversi. A 10 minuti circa dall’ascensore che arriva in pieno centro. Molto graditi dai miei bimbi i giochini e libri per bambini presenti nell’appartamento. Molto funzionale anche il doppio bagno.

Avremmo preferito incontrare qualcuno che ci aiutasse a raggiungere l’appartamento. Purtroppo, una volta lasciata la macchina, il navigatore ci dava una strada sbagliata e abbiamo un po’ girato a vuoto con valigie e due bambini al seguito.
