I liked the size of the rooms, felt safe, quiet area, kitchen with everything needed, the host left us a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge, along with coffee and tea. The apartment was clean and warm.

The shower and the bathroom in general was very small. Even though it looks close to the city centre, which it is (15 minutes walking), the downside is that you have many stairs. Otherwise everything was great.

Posizione non comodissima ma lo si sa nel momento della prenotazione. L'ultima mattina, l'acqua della doccia era fredda.

Appartamento grande luminoso e comodo nelle vicinanze vi sono vari negozi e un ottima pasticceria per la colazione. Abbiamo ricevuto buone indicazioni per raggiungere il posto. Parcheggio disponibile in strada tranquilla.

L'emplacement, avec le centre historique accessible à pieds, le calme..

Ce serait bien d'ajouter au moins une cafetière et un grille-pain à l'équipement de la cuisine. Cela nous a manqué.

Appartamento non distante da centro con discreto rapporto qualità prezzo

Appartamento in una sorta di parziale seminterrato. Ampio e ben accessoriato. Molto comodo il ritiro chiavi e comunicazione con i proprietari. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per Perugia (che essendo città universitaria è molto competitiva sugli alloggi)

Doccia un po' piccola. Manca un parcheggio comodo in zona (nella via bisognerebbe usare il disco orario). Mancano le zanzariere ma non le (zanzare), anche se il proprietario fornisce le piastrine anti zanzare.

L'ampiezza e l'organizzazione dell'appartamento. La posizione, non centrale ma molto servita e tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile. Non difficile reperire un parcheggio nei dintorni.

sono andato per l'operazione al ginocchio di mio figlio, perfetto per quello che ci serviva,

appartamento grande sia nelle camere che nel bagno, ben arredato e ottimo wi-fi, ottimo il fatto di essere vicinissimo alla casa di cura dove è stato operato mio figlio.

manca il parcheggio, peccato però vista la posizione è comprensibile, il secondo giorno ho lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio dell'ospedale che come detto prima dista dall'appartamento circa 300m, a piedi 2 minuti

posizione, strategica ed a 400 metri dal centro. La casa è grande, hanno un terrazzino, i proprietari super disponibili. Prenste anche una fotocopia con alcune trattorie nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo
