Very nice peaceful place to enjoy Peruggia.

We liked the spot in the nature, it was quiet. Well equipped and the outside terrace was great.The staff was very reactive and friendly and even offered a welcoming water and beer. Bed were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.

The bathroom smelt strongly bleach. The kitchen smelt like gaz (gas stove might need to be checked?). One of the towels wasn’t smelling well (may not have dried correctly before it was folded). Otherwise, nice place with space for a family of 4.

Appartamento immerso nel bosco, vicino a Perugia

Appartamento bello, spazioso e accogliente, davvero immerso nel bosco. E' un piano terreno che si affaccia su un piacevole giardino circondato dal bosco, incantevole! Proprietari molto gentili. Raccomandato!

Mi aspettavo di meglio

La proprietaria è accogliente e la struttura é circondata da verde, esterno molto carino, sicuramente meglio durante il periodo estivo.

L’appartamento era freddo/umido e pulito solo approssimativamente. Non c’erano zanzariere e c’erano zanzare. La mattina non è stato possibile fare un caffè perché mancava e anche la cucina lasciava desiderare. Avevo aspettative migliori, non ci tornerei.

Consigliatissimo

La proprietaria è persona squisita, accogliente e molto discreta. Con un sorriso ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra, mettendo a disposizione tutti gli spazi e confort della sua casa, circondata dal bosco e molto comoda se si vuole raggiungere il centro di Perugia. Consigliatissimo.

Bei kühlen Wetter ist der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr ungemütlich.

Die Ausstattung des Wohnzimmers.

Die Anfahrt zu dem Haus war auf einer sehr, sehr schlechten Straße. Es war gruselig dort zu fahren! Das Haus ist umgeben von einem hohen Baumbestand, so dass wenig Sonnenlicht in das Haus einfiel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und war deshalb während unser Aufenthaltsdauer im Mai sehr kalt. Morgens und abends froren wir und mussten uns dick anziehen.

Ottimo per visitare Perugia pur restando lontano dal caos.

Bellissimo il posto,spazioso e fresco.vicino a Perugia nella pace del verde.

La casa anche se sembrava pulita in realtà peccava di alcune cose,era pieno di ragnatele e ragni giganti ovunque.coperte,lenzuola e asciugamani avevano odore di chiuso.nel complesso è andata bene comunque ma per la bella struttura che è si potrebbe migliorare con qualche accorgimento in più.

Perfecto! El sitio es precioso, muy tranquilo, fácil de encontrar, muy cerca de Perugia si vas en coche. También es un buen lugar para ir a Roma o Florencia, pues está justo en medio, y alrededor hay muchos pueblos preciosos para visitar.

Fantastisch.

Ruim appartement, in de natuur, binnen beetje gedateerd maar geen probleem, lekkere stoelen, goed en groot bed, prima keukentje, in de ochtend wakker worden met vogelzang. Frisse en voldoende handdoeken en fris beddengoed. WIFI werkte niet zo goed in de slaapkamer, woonkamer ging beter. Wasmachine en droogrek aanwezig. Afval scheiden in handige bakken in de keuken. Alles gelijkvloers, auto naast het appartement op privé terrein. Na de afsluitbare toegangspoort een steile weg omhoog maar goed te doen. Je krijgt een kastje om het hek te openen. Heerlijk om eens geen trappen op te hoeven sjouwen met zware koffers. Op het terras ontbijtje nuttigen in de zon en de rust. Flexibele aardige, sympathieke en hulpvaardige host die in het bovenste deel woont. Fijn om iemand in de buurt te hebben, en toch volledig je eigen privé. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen.

Er viel niets tegen. Als ze het appartement zouden upgraden met een fris kleurtje op de muur en iets moderner interieur zou het nog mooier kunnen worden.
