A good place as a starting point to explore Umbria.

The apartment is fully equipped, you can feel like in your own home. Competent, helpful host. Parking place free, there was no problem with parking the car.

Maybe it's time to think about replacing the washing machine ;)?

We liked that the hosts provided a few amenities. The kitchen was well equipped.

The view, location and definitely one of the neighbours that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Location was good, in a quiet area 10 minutes from Perugia center, but had free parking just under the apartment! Host was waiting at the property, kindly helped with the luggage and gave all necessary explanations where to buy food, where to eat, what to see and even where best to park in Perugia! Plenty of material for tourists in the apartment - restaurant guides, maps etc. Fridge had free water, milk, beer and also tea, coffee, cookies etc! Highly recommended

Exceptional

CasaRimidia was perfect for our little family. The property is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Nearby one can also find lots of places to eat at, a grocery and tire shop. (The latter we know of because we had an unfortunate flat tire on our trip.) Our hosts were very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know upon our stay there. They also shared tips on foods to enjoy. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was. Little details like USB chargers, children’s toys, complimentary items in the fridge made us feel very comfortable. Can’t fail to mention the WiFi, it was great and reliable during our whole stay. During our vacation in Umbria, we found ourselves looking forward to going home to CasaRimidia after a day of sightseeing.

Appartamento comodissimo. Ben arredato e con gusto. Cucina completa di elettrodomestici e delle comuni attrezzature. Abbiamo trovato ottima la posizione in quanto risulta comoda per raggiungere tutte le località turistiche vicine. Inoltre la palazzina che ospita l'alloggio è ubicata in zona tranquilla. Facile trovare parcheggio e inoltre è vicina a zona commerciale.

Le propriétaire très accueillant. L'appartement super bien équipé et très agréable. Tout confort. Le propriétaire nous a permis de garer les motos dans son parking.

BARDZO WYGODNY APARTAMENT W SPOKOJNEJ DZIELNICY

Bardzo wygodny apartament w mieszkalnej, spokojnej dzielnicy. Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre. Taras od strony wschodniej. Rano i w ciągu dnia trochę gorąco, ale można na nim posiedzieć wieczorami, kiedy jest już chłodniej w letnie dni. Na przeciwko boisko do piłki nożnej, z której korzystają drużyny. Grają wieczorami do 23 najpóźniej. Opuszczane rolety tarasowe skutecznie chłodzą przed upałem. Lokalizacja idealna jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Umbrii. Jedna mała uwaga, w jednej z łazienek prysznic jest bardzo, bardzo mały. Ciężko się do niego wchodziło.
