La Fenice Suite

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, da un supermercato Coop e dalla fermata della minimetro per il centro città. Estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo, non si sentivano rumori nè dagli altri alloggi della palazzina nè dall'esterno. L'appartamento in sè è confortevole e completo di quel che serve, gli spazi sono comodi e curati. Sicuramente ci torneremo al nostro prossimo soggiorno a Perugia.

Avrei apprezzato trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo: un gesto piccolo e poco dispendioso ma prezioso per chi magari arriva in giorni e orari non proprio comodi per fare subito la spesa.

Everything was excellent. The location was very convenient, as there was a metro station and several bus stops just 300 meters away, which made getting around very easy.

I am very satisfied. I don't think I could have found a better place.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Well equipped. Air-condition in both rooms, very important during hot summer weather. The underground parking place is very convenient for those travelling by car and free of charge. The elevator reaches the parking floor. It is in a very convenient location, very close to the Perugia train station in Fontivegge and the mini-metro stop. We used the mini-metro or bus to reach the historic city of Perugia. Last mini-metro was at 21.00, last bus at 23.00. Supermarket very close, opposite to the train station.

The neighbourhood itself not something special. Some minor improvements in the bathroom would be welcome.
