We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect. The host was kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

Great location — close to the train station and about a 20–25 minute walk to the old town. Everything was very clean, and we were kindly allowed to check in earlier than the official time. The balcony was lovely, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

Meraviglioso!

Appartamento molto bello e curato nei dettagli, l’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. L’appartamento era fornito di tutti gli utensili per poter cucinare. Posizione ottima, zona collegatissima, per salire in Centro è bastato prendere il minimetro che si trova a due passi dall’appartamento ed in 5 minuti eravamo in Centro, senza dover usare l’auto. Ci è piaciuto molto il libricino con i consigli per la città. Quando torneremo a Perugia soggiorneremo di nuovo qui.

Appartamento grazioso e accogliente

Appartamento pulitissimo e molto accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Posizione centrale con un comodissimo parcheggio privato e a 2 passi dalla fermata della minimetrò che porta fino al centro città. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha fornito anche moltissimi consigli su posti da visitare, torneremo sicuramente per finire di visitare i posti consigliati!!

Soggiorno a Perugia

La posizione, a pochi metri da stazione treni/bus e dalla fermata della minimetro, oltre ad essere centrale e circondato da molti servizi. La pulizia dell’appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Le istruzioni per il self check-in sono chiare ed esaurienti. Nell’appartamento c’è anche una piccola ma esauriente quaderno con utili suggerimenti per le visite in città e nei paesi umbri più importanti.

Ben poco, l’unica considerazione è che l’appartamento è inserito in un palazzo molto grande con una popolazione piuttosto variegata. La sera e la notte è comunque presente una guardia interna all’interno dell’ingresso.

Отличное расположение, если Вы путешествуете поездом. В нашем случае мы также брали в аренду машину и это было очень удобно на железнодорожном вокзале. Рядом фуникулер в Старый город. Место очень тихое, вид с балкона на закат просто потрясающий! Нам разрешили оставить вещи, так как мы приехали значительно раньше времени регистрации. Рекомендуем этот вариант и сами повторим, когда поедем в Перуджа.

istruzioni per il check-in chiare e facili, ottima posizione e comodissimo il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento è molto bello e ben tenuto. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il balcone, è davvero delizioso. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentilissima, grazie mille, è stato veramente un piacere!

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente! Erano curati tutti i dettagli. C’era anche la disponibilità di più posti letto e cialde del caffè disponibili. La posizione era ottima per raggiungere il centro della città. L’host è stata molto disponibile e cordiale, e le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura erano molto chiare e semplici. Sicuramente so dove soggiornare quando tornerò a Perugia
