Time from our reservation to come to the accommodation was just 30 minutes. So it is mean that Francesco is very professional, also helpful, gives good advice. Casa Melica is big, clean, and comfortable. Just five minutes to travel by car from Perugia's old town. I recommend.

Csendes, tágas kutyabarát szállás

Nagyon jó választás volt ez a szállás Perugia, Assisi és a Trasimeno tó meglátogatásához. A vendéglátó nagyon szívélyes, éppen annyit foglalkozik a vendéggel, ami szükséges, de bármikor elérhető. Nagyon könnyű volt a komunikáció. A lakás hűvös volt érkezésünkkor, aminek örültünk és a hűtőbe be volt készítve egy nagy flakon víz. A lakás tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt. A redőnyökkel nagyon jól lehet sötétíteni és a légkondi is hasznos volt. A lakás előtti kis teraszon jó egy hűsítő italt elfogyasztani. Kocsival 11 perc a vendéglátó által ajánlott parkoló (Partigiani), ahonnan mozgólépcsőkkel lehet feljutni a városba. Nagyon érdekes, ahogy a végén egy hatalmas csodás épületben köt ki az ember. Ha valaki itt száll meg , erősen ajánlom a 7 perc sétára található kávézót reggelihez. Boné La Pasticceria Urbana. Nagyon jó a választék, jó áron. Nem panorámás , az igaz, de mi kétszer is mentünk. Assisi és a tó is csak 20- 30 percre van autóval.

Todo. Magnífica ubicación. Francesco y su familia extremadamente amables, cariñosos y preocupados de facilitar nuestra estadía. Casa magnifica, renovada, con todas las comodidades. Ideal para poder visitar Perugia y sus alrededores.

L'amabilité et la prestance de notre hôte, les lieux à visiter qu'il nous a expliqués La taille des chambres et de la salle de bains La terrasse tranquille La facilité de parking La propreté du logement

Les petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés : - la quantité de vaisselle trop juste pour 4 personnes (assiettes, couverts…) - manque une cafetière pour le matin : les petites Bialetti font du bon café mais très peu de quantité, la grande que notre hôte nous a tout de suite ajoutée ne fonctionnait pas bien - la décoration vieillotte - la serrure de la salle de bains qui ne fonctionne pas - pas de brise-jet sur le robinet du lavabo (salle de bains)

Struttura molto pulita ed in linea con quanto rappresentato nelle foto, fornita di ogni servizio disparato. Casa molto spaziosa con incluso terrazzino ampio e fantastico, stanze nuove e ben fornite. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza rappresentata. La struttura accetta anche animali. La posizione è ottima anche per chi viene in auto, località molto tranquilla e prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.
