The host was very helpful and friendly! The apartment was very close to the mini metro which was a plus! Easy to get to the city!

The apartment was noisy at times probably due to being close to a big city. Otherwise it was a lovely place and the host was always available.

Wonderful experience in Perugia with someone who loves her guests as much as she loves her home.

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a Booking.com referral! Our hostess Valentina met us as we got off the train and greeted us with hugs. She helped us by carrying my wife's bag up & down train station stairs. She had a bottle of wine and a dish of chocolate waiting for us. Beautiful flat She has decorated with antiques. Checked on us every day, gave us travel & restaurant suggestion and drove us to the train station on our last day. She enjoys what she does and it's obvious. She became a friend. Couldn't have asked for more, but if we had she would have tried without hesitation . Too good to be true? That's what we thought, but it was true!

An amazing stay with my daughter – truly felt like home!

I like the communication and the service! I stayed here with my daughter 6 years, and we both had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was peaceful, safe, and cozy—just perfect for a little getaway. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host, Valentine. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to meet hosts who care this much. From thoughtful check-ins to helpful recommendations, Valentine was just outstanding. If you're thinking about booking this place—do it! Don't go anywhere else

Just about everything. The delightful Valentina met us at the property and let us in and explained everything that we needed to know. Secure parking in basement. 5 minute walk to mini metro which takes you into Perugia for E1.50. Comfortable, cosy, clean... We've done a lot of travelling and this was easily in our top ten of apartments. Excellent.

We disliked the fact that we only booked one night. We should have stayed longer.

Comfortable apartment close to mini metro, and a very helpful host!

Valentina is a wonderful host! So helpful and always ready to answer any questions and give suggestions. The apartment has everything you need, also a kitchen where we could make our own meals. It's close to the train station and mini metro so it's easy and fast to get into the old center. There was also a private car box in the underground garage of the building so we could leave our car there safely. Thank you Valentina for being so helpful!

The apartment was modern inside with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Valentina was an excellent host. She made us feel most welcome. She gave us a large bottle of water and some lovely wine and special chocolates. She explained where we could find the station, the minimetro and supermarket. She provided us with a map of the city and suggested to us the best places to go. She was very knowledgeable. She also messaged us every day on WhatsApp to ask how we were doing and if we needed everything.

Highly recommended if you want a comfortable stay in Perugia!

The apartment is located a few minutes away from the train/bus station, mini-metro and close to a lot of bus stops. There are convenient stores close by, and a pharmacy and supermarket within walking distance. Very convenient for taking day trips to places like Lago di Trasimeno, Assisi, Florence etc. - and even to go up to the Perugia City Centre. The host was very friendly and welcoming, she will make sure that you have the best stay in Perugia! She showed us how to get around and provided all the necessities you may need in the apartment. The rooms are well-equipped, the main living room/open kitchen and also the bedroom are both air-conditioned and you will find all that you need to cook in the kitchen. The apartment is also accessible by lift.

Perfectly Placed Perfection in Perugia 😎

I was looking for a conveniently-located, safe, peaceful and accessible place from which to experience Perugia and beyond by public transport. Il Nido del Belocchio was all this and much more. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and adjoins both the main rail station and the excellent Mini-Metro railway that takes you to the heights of the wonderful old city for just Euro 1.50! However, quite the best feature of the property is the owner Valentina who could not have been more helpful and pro-active in making my stay super-special: loads of hints, tips, yummy and thoughtful bits, and all with a wonderfully cheery and engaging manner. During the week Valentina works from the office next door to the apartment, so is usually immediately available if needed. I‘d certainly stay again! 😎

Wonderful, spacious, brand new apartment with tasteful personal touches and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean! Valentina is an outstanding host, communication with her was very easy and friendly. The apartment is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for visiting the surrounding area. There is a mini-metro station nearby, which we used to quickly get to the city center. We arrived in Perugia ahead of check-in time, but Valentina had the apartment ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived. She met us at the front of the building and explained everything in detail. We really enjoyed our stay in Valentina's beautiful and lovely apartment. 100% recommended.

Triple A for Valentina! She knew what time we were arriving (she had given us great directions on forehand) and she waited for us outside. Once inside Valentina gave us a tour of the big apartment, she had prepared bus and metro time tables and a map of the city. There was water and snacks. Valentina also helped us with the washing machine and provided some detergent. Anything you could think of was available. It was very quiet and with the mini metro quick and easy to get to the city centre.

Beautiful apartment, great location, outstanding host.

Valentina is an outstanding host, so very welcoming and warm. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious, light and airy and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. It was a great serviced apartment (not lived in) with tasteful personal touches and basics provided. We were pleased with the refreshments and local treats. Valentina provided us with a high chair for our baby and went above and beyond to help us find a lost car key! The location is great as the apartment building is right outside a train station.

Siamo stati a Perugia in occasione della Festa del Cioccolato e abbiamo soggiornato al Nido del Bellocchio: un’esperienza davvero perfetta! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito, curato nei dettagli e in una posizione ideale per visitare il centro storico e vivere appieno l’atmosfera dell’evento. Un ringraziamento speciale a Valentina, che si è dimostrata fin dal primo momento gentilissima, cortese e sempre disponibile. La sua preparazione sulla storia di Perugia – e non solo – ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante, consigliandoci luoghi e percorsi che non avremmo scoperto da soli. Consigliamo vivamente il Nido del Bellocchio a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Perugia sentendosi davvero a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito. Valentina è una forza, gentile e disponibile insieme a suo marito gestiscono l'appartamento. Comodità per raggiungere il centro, proprio a due passi dalla mini metro. Apprezzatissima l'acqua in frigo e alcuni dolcetti per la colazione. Punto di forza il garage privato, TOP per le nostre bici.

必要なものが全て揃っています。キッチン、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機、熱いお湯が出るシャワー、ドライヤー、滞在分のタオル類、etc…私たちは駅を出る順を間違えてだいぶ迷ってしまいましたが、ヴァレンティーナさんの旦那さまと姪御さまが暑い中待っていてくれました。おまけに水のボトルもいただいて助かりました。メッセージも頻繁にくれるので安心感もありました。

何もありません。道に迷わなければすぐに着きます。ただ、早朝は教えてもらったホームから直結の出口が閉まっているので、それだけ注意が必要です。

Appartamento delizioso, accogliente, sopra gli standard, abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Spazi grandi, pulizia impeccabile, dotato di tutti i comfort e anche di più, parcheggio privato in garage, inoltre il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile. La proprietaria, Valentina, una persona squisita, gentilissima e super disponibile, è stato veramente un piacere conoscerla. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.
