Die geräumige Wohnung liegt zwischen Piazza IV Novembre und Piazza Grimana und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren in Perugia. Einmalig ist die Aussicht aus den beiden Schlafzimmern! Die Wohnung war sauber. Der Vermieter hat hilfreiche Informationen geschickt, darunter ein Video mit dem Weg von der Stazione Perugia zur Wohnung.
Der einzige, kleine Balkon liegt zu einem trostlosen Innenhof mit Blick zu anderen Wohnungsfenstern. Aber gut zum Wäschetrocknen. Im 3. Stock ohne Lift (war aber nur beim Gepäck hoch- und runtertragen.

There are quite a few stairs and no elevator. Not really a problem for us except for carrying baggage up and down on arrival and departure.
