Excellent location close to the piazza. A real home from home

Great spacious apartment in historic centre with fabulous views

Wonderful spacious apartment with fabulous views and very helpful host who was very accommodating regarding check in time and minor problems solving

The head board in one of the bedrooms is deteriorating badly and really needs immediate replacement. Flush in toilet needs replacing but this may only be a recent problem which is in process of being fixed

Exceptional!

Very good location, right next to the Etruscan arch in a historic building. Spacious and clean rooms. Very nice view! We liked everything. Be careful, there are 3 floors to climb. It didn't bother us, but I'm mentioning it here so it's known.

Comfortable for a short stay, amazing view and location

Communication with the hosts was done effectively via Whatsapp. They were nice and accomodating, even arranged late check out, etc for us. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, really close to everything in the city center of Perugia. The apartment is relatively well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped to cook basic meals, ample coffee and tea was provided. Heating was realy nice in a quite cold period in March. The view from the rooms is amazing.

A few things could be improved to make the stay better: e.g one of the bedrooms doesn’t have nightstands or reading lights, there is no handheld shower in the bathroom (water only comes from avove), wifi was sometimes quite slow, some things in the kitchen need to be replaced (e.g scratched pans). There is a bar really closeby which played very loud music on Saturday - windows are quite well soundproofed however. Stairs to the apartment are quite steep - this wasn’t a problem for us, but might be for some.

This was fantastic, first and foremost wonderful personal host who you could text with any and all questions (with immediate response). Excellent location, excellent directions, and pure comfort. Super clean and fresh. Would highly recommend!

Everything as we expected. Would definitely recommend to fit travellers with moderate luggage.

View from the bedroom window and central location. It was very clean and adequately equipped in the kitchen. Close to good restaurants and cafes and places of interest.

The only problem people may have is the flights of stairs up to the apartment. It was difficult for our taxi driver to drop us off and he certainly wouldn’t have been able to help with luggage. At night the light switch for the stairwell was difficult to locate.

Great for the family

Location is absolutely perfect - only 3-4 min walk from the Piazza IV Novembre and the view from the bedrooms is truly breathtaking. We were travelling in early April with 2 kids (16 and 5 years old), they stayed in the room with funny bed with 2 "floors" which they liked (though it is a bit squeaky, but kids did not mind too much). The second bedroom has a standard double bed, all in all both bedrooms are quite spacious. The kitchen / dining area is very cosy with lot's of space and a wooden floor (the rest of the apartment has stone/tiles on the floor). For me kitchen is always very important as I like to cook during vacations in Italy - here it was really well equipped, there was nothing what I missed (salt, pepper, olive oil, dishes, glasses, pans - really nothing to miss). A dishwasher is always very nice to have especially if you are 4 and have some of the meals at home. Everything worked well in the bathroom, water pressure / temperature was good There is a couple of supermarkets pretty close to the apartment (and do not forget to check the Cosmo beer store which is 2 min walk from the apartment :-)) and, needless to say, there are a lot of restaurants around. Collecting the keys at check in as well as leaving the apartment was flawless.

Maybe a couple of hangers at the entrance for the jackets would have been nice, but it's a very minor thing. Otherwise nothing, it's a great apartment.

Location was perfect!! Walking distance to everything and felt very secure. Had a comfy bed, very clean and plenty room to move around. Great hosts!

Show the light switches for stairwell in the light. That’s it. Nothing I didn’t like.

Nell’insieme molto positivo

Posto centralissimo in palazzo storico con panorama bellissimo sulla città e sulle colline intorno. L’appartamento era pulito e attrezzato.

Il wifi non funzionava. Il gestore ha detto che cercava di risolvere ma evidentemente non è riuscito. Lo sciacquone del WC era rotto (mancava la placca con i pulsanti da premere). In qualche modo lo scarico funzionava, ma era scomodo

La posizione è eccezionale a pochi passi dal centro, ambiente confortevole,con due camere da letto matrimoniali con materassi comodi, biancheria pulita molto ben riscaldata ,piano cottura,forno e frigo nuovi fiammanti e perfettamente puliti.Vista sulla città da non trascurare. L' appartamento si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore.ma già lo sapevamo e non abbiamo per fortuna problemi a camminare e salire le scale, è una grande comodità il fatto che l 'acqua sia potabile.e tra l'altro molto buona

Stoprocentně doporučuji, zřejmě nenajdete lepší ubytování.

Ubytování je v centru města v historické budově. Apartmán je citlivě zrekonstruován, na jedné straně cítíte že jste v historickém centru, na druhou stranu máte veškeré pohodlí. Bonusem je výhled z ložnic do dalekého okolí a na Palazzo Galenga. Na žádost nám byl dokonce umožněn dřívější check in.

V jedné z ložnic chybí úložný prostor, ale v porovnání s přednostmi bytu celkem nepodstatný detail.
