Perfect location close in old town close to main sights

The apartment is in old town in old building what gives a sense of authenticity. There is coffee in the kitchen as well as snacks for breakfast.

Characterful property with traditional charm, excellent thoughtful host. Great location.

Barbara is very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is excellently located for walks into town. We attended a wedding in Borgo Colognola so this was a short taxi ride away. Apartment has everything we needed and Barbara welcomed us with snacks and cold water on a very hot day. Very helpful host, patient as we were delayed on arrival.

The apartment is slightly dated (kitchen) but has the basics. It is very hot but fans were provided. The children found the single beds uncomfortable but this may just be our fussy teenagers..

The placement is wonderful, inside the fortress. We felt like in the medieval movies, absolutely stunning experience. The host was more than nice, providing us with the information we needed. I do recommend this propriety

Calm and cosy place close to the center

Very cosy place with everything you need! In a very calm neighbourhood but also very close to the center (5 min walk). The host/owner was super helpful and friendly and was very open to offer any help or recommendations. Really enjoyed my stay here, was happy to have a place to come to and rest a bit. Thank you!

Great value for money

The host was very nice and helpful! We exchanged messages on whatsapp, she provided information on how to get there and also helped me surprise my husband for his birthday with some decorations. Will be forever grateful! Thank you! Apartment is really clean and the kitchen has everything you might need for a few days stay!

Umbria z Perugią i Asyżem warta jest powtórki. Na dłuższy czas.

Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry( telefonicznie i whattsapp). Apartament blisko dworca autobusowego. Blisko do starego miasta i wszystkich atrakcji Perugii. Okolica cicha , spokojna i bezpieczna.

Baci da Perugia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo monolocale in occasione dell’Eurocholate e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Accogliente, caldissima ma soprattutto la comodità perché dista a 200 mt dal parcheggio pubblico ed a 10 min a piedi da piazza IV Novembre. Lo consiglio
