Bellissima e super accogliente

The host is super friendly and efficient. Any questions are answered immediately and you get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble. The studio we stayed in represented good value and seemed greater than the economy price. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need including fresh coffee and a mokka pot , herbal teas and breakfast snacks. There is no aircon as it isn't needed. Our room was very cool and we did not use the fan profided despute the temperature being 35° outside. The rooms are in a shaded narrow street in a residential area. I loved the location- perfect for the centro storico ( 5 mins walk to the escalators) and the santa Giulia arena . The parking at 1.20 € per day and free at weekends was just a short walk away. (Be prepared that Perugia is hilly. ) We'll be back!

Don't expect 5 star luxury but expect 5 star hospitality and great value for money.

La vicinanza al centro. Le pentole nuove. Host gentile anche se un pochino pressante nel ricordare le scadenze.

Poco pulita. Muffa muro scrostato, polvere e ragnatele. Tenda della doccia con muffa. Stoviglie tutte spaiate e contate. Caffettiera ammuffita. Lenzuola vecchie e asciugamani insufficienti ( manca il bidet).
