We loved this apartment in the old town just our style and quiet area.

Lovely large rooms lots of space, good video showing how to get in, good location. Very clean great beds and linen.

It would be good to have a bin liner for kitchen rubbish and a tea towel and some cushions on kitchen chairs.

Ok stay for a couple of days

It was really close to the main square, the rooms were big and the beds comfortable. It had that vintage/authentic vibe.

The heating was working only between certain hours so it might get cold in the apartment, you could contact the host to turn it on earlier. It wasn't really clean, the shower was missing the handle, there were coffee pods but no machine and there were no dish soap or dish sponge.

This apartment is perfectly located for sightseeing. It is very spacious for relaxing in the heat of the day. The beds are very comfortable and allow for a group of friends to have their own beds. Certainly recommend.

Prachtig authentiek huis dat perfect kan worden door kleine aanpassingen

De ligging is prima midden in centro storico. Het is een heerlijk gezellig en ruim appartement. Misleidend was de beschrijving van het aantal kamers en badkamers. Er is een ruime badkamer met douche en een toilet. Er zijn twee grote slaapkamers en een woonkamer.

De keuken is verouderd. Met name de koelkast en oven zijn aan vervanging toe. De riolering mag goed nagekeken worden

Midden in het historisch centrum. Topverblijf.

Ruim appartement, perfecte ligging dicht bij het historisch centrum, alles op loopafstand. Snel en fijn contact met de host, goede tips om dingen te bezoeken/te doen.

Lastig met de auto bereikbaar, smalle straatjes. Douchestraal was erg langzaam.

La posizione centrale è molto comoda per chi si muove a piedi, ma è molto scomoda per chi viaggia in auto

L'appartamento è dignitoso, ma non era accuratamente pulito ed era molto scarso per quanto riguarda sedie e appoggi per i bagagli. In cucina invece, era carente o privo di: stoviglie, tovaglie, tazze, bicchieri, stracci, spugne... Basta poco per renderlo più confortevole, ma per questo bisogna avere a cuore il benessere degli ospiti!

Struttura un po datata.

Immobile situato nel centro storico di Perugia.

La pulizia, struttura non pulita. Appena arrivati non funzionavano le TV e il frigo. Il titolare ha poi provveduto. Non è dotata di due bagni ma di un bagno e una lavanderia (dotata di tazze e lavello). Tende oscuranti non presenti in una stanza. Consiglierei al proprietario (peraltro gentilissimo) di controllare la situazione dell'immobile ad ogni cambio inquilino.
