Misleading, overpriced and scammed.

The hosts were nice and the place felt safe.

I genuinely don't understand where the 9.1 ratings and glowing reviews are coming from. My villa was nothing like the photos. While the property was clean and decently maintained, it was significantly smaller and completely different from what was advertised on the booking site. Air conditioning was an extra 10 euros per night which was not included in the description. THERE WAS NO WIFI service the ENTIRE TIME even after I made them aware. One of the gentlemen tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. As a foreigner, solo traveler and a millennial, not having any connection to the internet was unacceptable. On top of that, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep at night since it was so hot and was bitten by many mosquitoes since I needed to leave the window open for ventilation. For a place not to have A/C, they should at least offer a fan. The pool was also closed, despite it being mid-September with temperatures still in the 85–90°F range, so I had to find other ways to spend my time—mostly by walking into town or to the nearest train station. It is best to have a car since the nearest train and places to eat are a 15 min-20 minute walk and some areas don't even have sidewalks. However, my stay was only 5 days so I decided not to get one and got around fine with just walking. For the price I paid, I could’ve stayed in a proper hotel with WiFi, A/C, and better access to amenities. While I enjoyed Perugia itself, I would not recommend staying at this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Monica.

Very friendly family. Warm welcome. Spacious villa. Comfortable rooms with a lot of space. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable sunbeds. Our kids enjoyed the pool table, kicker, and ping-pong. The villa was ideally situated for exploring Umbria.

Wonderful and thoughtful hosts and a fine accommodation for a group or a couple.

The generous space, the cordiality of Albano and his wife, the facilities were great.

It needed more modern outlets for charging devices. The internet worked in only one room

Adresse idéale pour qui recherche un point central pour visiter l’Ombrie et sa capitale Pérouse.

L’indépendance du logement avec la possibilité de préparer des repas simples tels que les petits déjeuners. La petite terrasse bien orientée et la grande piscine même si nous n’en avons pas profité étant en fin de saison estivale. L’emplacement, proche de commerces de proximité, est idéal pour qui veut visiter la région. Les principaux points d’intérêt touristique sont joignables facilement. Pour finir la gentillesse et la discrétion d’Albano, notre hôte, qui nous a accueilli après un long périple.

On aurait peut être souhaité un peu plus de lieux de restauration joignables à pied. Malheureusement il n’y en a aucun.
