Ho trascorso quattro notti a Villa Graziella, una splendida location bella quale sono stata accolta dai titolari con grande cordialità. Mi hanno dato informazioni su come raggiungere l'ateneo perugino (avevo degli esami universitari) e durante la permanenza si sono assicurati che stesse andando tutto bene, aiutandomi nei momenti di difficoltà perché sapevano quanto fosse per me fondamentale sfruttare appieno quei giorni per studiare senza stress e per arrivare agli esami puntuale e sufficientemente preparata. In futuro proverò a prenotare di nuovo da loro ogni volta che avrò degli impegni in città, perché penso sia importante avere un luogo accogliente da considerare casa anche quando ci si deve spostare molto. Non sono una cliente comune: ho studiato turismo per molti anni, sono specializzata in destination management ed ho lavorato nel turismo di lusso, perciò la mia recensione deriva dall'analisi di diversi aspetti per me cruciali per offrire un buon servizio.

Comfortable, elegant, clean. Great location especially if you explore by car. Includes parking and easy access to autostrada. I found Sandro very reasonable and easy to work with.

L’indépendance du logement avec la possibilité de préparer des repas simples tels que les petits déjeuners. La petite terrasse bien orientée et la grande piscine même si nous n’en avons pas profité étant en fin de saison estivale. L’emplacement, proche de commerces de proximité, est idéal pour qui veut visiter la région. Les principaux points d’intérêt touristique sont joignables facilement. Pour finir la gentillesse et la discrétion d’Albano, notre hôte, qui nous a accueilli après un long périple.
On aurait peut être souhaité un peu plus de lieux de restauration joignables à pied. Malheureusement il n’y en a aucun.

Ampia, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, nuova e molto pulita. Circondata di verde, comodo parcheggio interno. Particolarmente disponibili i proprietari.
