Good location and comfort

Appartment close to mini metro for excellent access to city centre Close to Coop a very good supermarket Close to railway station Very friendly and helpful owner and assistant. Clothes washer broken. New one installed the next day. Kitchen is well equipped

Lights above kitchen bench did not work. Made cooking a bit difficult. Some articles were put away and we needed to ask for them eg cutting board, iron, clothes rack.

Very good place, perfect location

The apartment is very spacios and cozy, equipped with everything you need. I enjoyed the view from the windows. It's located a five-minute walk from the main train station, there is also an airlink bus stop (an airport shuttle bus) nearby. In addition, the minimetro stop is just a few steps away. The host is very responsive and friendly, our communication was a real pleasure. We highly recommend this place!

Location for the traveling around purpose - it is really close to railway station and main bus station. Very useful when doing trips out of Perugia. I also appreciated large rooms.

I missed AC namely when using bathroom. Also take into account that the place is not very good if you intend go to the city center (old town).

Disappointing

The apartment is rather nice and situated near the "navetta" that is excellent to reach the old town.

The host pressured us to come to the apartment when it was convenient for them. The indications how to reach the address were unhelpful. The apartment only has the bare minimum of equipment usually expected and the owners obviously couldn't care less about their guests’ comfort. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and we had to scrub everything. Finally, the host's mother, after she had tried to sell us their wine and olive oil that is on display in the apartment, told us to make the beds and to put the towels and sheets in a nylon bag before leaving, which is utterly inappropriate for such category of accomodation.

Pleasant stay in an airy, luminous, well located apartment.

Nice, luminous apartment with balcony, contemporary furniture. Pretty, functional, bedroom furniture. Well located near a “mini train” stop, only a couple of stations from the historic center. only a few blocks from the train station, and a well stocked supermarket. Good shower. comfortable bed. Air conditioner in the living room. Kitchenette well equipped. Large refrigerator. Host very friendly and quick responding to any issues. Parking on site. Washing machine and hanger for clothes drying.

Noise and limited parking due to work being done in the front of the building. Internet had to be rebooted daily. washing machine was not ready until we mentioned to the host and he did it on the spot. No paper towel, No dishcloth. No kitchen detergent until we mentioned to the host and he brought it.

A good home away from home

It could easily be turned into a home. It had all you needed, an iron, a private washing machine, a micro wave oven. Everything is close by, the central station, a mini metro into the old town (expensive), an ATM, a store ...

This is not a luxury apartment, and there is no grand view from the balcony, but there is a balcony! This is in the busy part of town and passing over streets is an art in Italy.

- great location: close to trainstation, bus lines, minimetro, and a big Coop supermarket - strong wifi - Giorgio (my host) was very helpful and kind - well equipped flat/kitchen - good price

- the bed could have been better, it creaked almost at every move

Nice apartment on excellent location, very nice neighborhood, free parking. It is just few minutes away from mini metro, so you are in city center in 5 minutes. Even if you walk it’s not far, less then 2 km so you can walk home later in the evening when mini metro stops driving. It had really nice balkony with view over city center. The owner was helpfull, he waited for us there, gave us all informations. I would stay there again when visiting Peruga.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The place is very conveniently located if you want to go to other cities with a car, and the city center is very easy to reach with the mini metro. The apartment is comfortable and equipped, it also features a nice terrace. Parking is available and the area is quiet and safe... could not ask for more!

Comfortable stay in Perugia

The property is close to train station. It is convenient for me as I take train to visit the places around Perugia, Also it is very easy to reach the center of Perugia as there are many buses in front of the train station which can take you there. Host Giorgio has good information for sightseeing and he has provided me useful tips. The internet is fast. The property has provided all the necessary appliances including washing machine.

App was good for all you need for confortable stay.

We where staying at superior app, but one of 2 rooms was locked down. It's not that we needed it, but if you advers that superiror has 2 bedrooms, we expected there would be 2 bedrooms. So it was not a superior app. The noise of the minimetro and the road. If you are away for whole day it' s ok, but if you stay inn, you have to be prepared for constant humming.

Charming stay in Perugia

The apartment was spotless very comfortable and quiet. The position was perfect for us, close to the city center but at the same time outside enough to get parking and this allowed us to visit the area around too. Giorgio was amazing, he provided us many tips, was very friendly and available for all our questions.

La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e alla minimetro (Fontivegge)

Non mi sono piaciute le perdite d'acqua al di sotto del lavello della cucina (prontamente segnalate al proprietario), la mancanza di detersivo per piatti e di spugnette uso cucina, poche pentole per cucinare (anche molto vecchie) e il box doccia le cui porte scorrevoli non chiudevano bene.

Posizione Top, proprietario super disponibile che addirittura ci è venuto incontro facendoci check-in 2 ore prima siccome diluviava e check out molte ore dopo senza farci aggiungere 1€. Zona sicura controllata a 3 minuti dalla metro cortonese. Appartamento ben insonorizzato e ottimo sistema di riscaldamento. Doppia Tv doppio divano letto matrimoniale doccia spaziosa e un bel balcone da cui si vede anche perugia centro. Tornerò sicuramente grazie ancora al proprietario ❤️

Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso, ben collegato. Tutti gli ambienti erano puliti, letto comodo. Molto comodo il parcheggio. Accoglienza perfetta e attenta.

Lo scarico della doccia era lento e mancava uno strofinaccio/rotolone di carta da cucina per asciugarti le mani dopo l'utilizzo del lavello della cucina.

La posizione dell'appartamento con vista sulla città vecchia, l'arredamento moderno, la luminosità e gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni, dei bus e alla mini metro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile accertandosi, dopo qualche giorno dal nostro arrivo, che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Anche Alice, la ragazza che ci ha accolti, è stata molto disponibile ed ha risposto prontamente a tutte le informazioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.

Comodo e luminoso appartamento ben collegato al centro storico

La posizione vicina alla fermata della minimetro, che in pochissimi minuti conduce nel centro storico. La disponibilità di parcheggio auto interno. La pulizia e silenziosità dell’appartamento. La gentilezza dell’host.

Suggerisco di installare nel bagno (con vasca) due appendini per i teli da bagno.

Bene, ma con qualche margine di miglioramento

Posizione periferica ma ottima per gli spostamenti (questo aspetto è soggettivo). A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, dalla stazione degli autobus e del mini metro. Supermercato vicinissimo e ben fornito. Parcheggio per l'auto comodo e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento si presenta con infissi nuovi, aria condizionata anche se purtroppo solo nella zona giorno, bella terrazza ampia, ascensore, silenzioso. La cucina ha il forno, il microonde, la macchinetta per il caffè espresso oltre a due Moke, cappa aspirante. La Zona giorno è ampia e luminosa.

Mobilio forse un pochino troppo datato. Fornelli senza valvola di sicurezza per il blocco automatico del gas (questo l'ho trovato piuttosto pericoloso). Letto matrimoniale di lunghezza 1.90 (un po' corto per il mio compagno che supera il 1.85 di altezza), vasca con ante pieghevoli per fare la doccia, che però si diventava matti per riuscire a farle stare ferme perché tendevano a rinchiudersi. Forno piuttosto sporco e padelle molto rovinate. Phon a disposizione con presa shuko ma nessun adattatore per attaccarlo all'alimentazione (le prese a muro erano standard, nessuna con presa shuko). Niente aria condizionata in stanza.

Schönes Apartment mit Aussicht

Giorgio der Besitzer ist ein super netter Typ, sehr hilfsbereit und verkauft auch eigenen Wein und Olivenöl. Apartment ist recht modern und geräumig. Schöne Aussicht mit Balkon. Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben, das Kondominium hat 2 Lifts ist durch eine Schranke abgetrennt.

Das Bad hinkt der Ausstattung der restlichen Wohnung etwas hinterher. Die eigenartige, faltbare Duschabtrennung muss erst durch Eigeninitiative befestigt werden damit das Bad beim Duschen nicht unter Wasser gerät (kann man sicher einfach beheben). Ein Geschirrtuch für die Küche wäre nett.

Quanto è dolce visitare Perugia..

Appartamento ben distribuito, arredato in modo funzionale e pulito. Ottima la posizione a tre minuti a piedi dalla minimetro con cui si arrivava in centro città. Grande disponibilità da parte del propietario, intervenuto in modo tempestivo per risolvere un problema.

Dużo zwiedziliśmy dzięki dobremu położeniu przy dworcu Fortivegge

Wszystko schludne i czyste, lokalizacja dobrze skomunikowana, do minimetro dosłownie kilka kroków (na skróty przez furtkę, którą polecił nam gospodarz). Wygodnie, klimatyzacja działająca dawała wytchnienie w gorące dni. Godne polecenia.

Zapach w małej łazience (tej bez okna) - jakby kanalizacja miała słaby odpływ
