Book well in advance

Basically a good accommodation, if it weren't for a few details that ruined the positive impression.

Although it was a non-smoking apartment, it smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke, which I was unable to get rid of for the duration of my stay. This was explained with the craftsman, until he was just there for the annual maintenance of the boiler. Bit there was no boiler in the apartment. It also took ages to get the key. The duvet cover was on the wrong side. I booked and moved into the apartment with less than an hour's notice, so the landlords were a bit surprised. These and many other details raised the suspicion that the apartment was being used for other purposes, let's call it casual, which is why I didn't feel comfortable. In addition, nobody spoke English.

Lovely house close to central Perugia!!!

About the property I liked that it is in a central position and you can easily reached the main attractions/facilities of the city. The access was easy and good timing/hours for the check in and check out. The house was impeccably cleaned and big enough for a couple, quality-price really good and recommended!!!

I liked the property, the only minus are: - the parking a it is not so easy to find an available one and you have to pay for it (not sure during the weekend) - the 2€ for the tourist/local tax - can't remember whether it was specified in the description, but anyway it would be a good idea to include it in the total amount - coffee pods - not nice to pay for it if you use more than 2. I mean: we are in Italy-people drink coffee!! hehe

Exceptional

Everything was great. Elizabeth and her husband are great hosts, always available if something needed. The apartment is big, with all the facilities and in a great area, near to bus, minimetro, trains station and at only 20-30 minutes of walking distance from city center. We highly recommed this location for visting Perugia.

We had to pay one extra euro in cash when we arrived for some reason WEIRD, it was just 1euro, but still... Also I think it is advertised but you need to pay extra if you want to use the kitchen

Comfortable apartment in a very bad area

Faulty shower and faulty window door. Heating was not set on and was cold. Also extremely bad area. My father was mugged and full of policemen undercover. I would reccomend to find somewhere more in the centre as this area is cheaper but dangerous.

Bed was confortable. Nice decor and nice small balcony.

It’s near the station - clean and renewed with the bathroom, kitchen and all facilities. It’s near to the mini metro stop so you can get quickly to the city centre. The owner let me arrive earlier.

I was asked to pay for a possibility of cooking which I find not fair and tricky, as I didn’t receive any information about additional payment before my arrival.

3 Days in Perugia and Around

Comfortable amenities. Close to the train station. Able to early check-in.

The wifi was not stable, and because its a 4G mobile router it gets out of power after a while. Didnt connect with my PC, only a mobile. The area around is uninteresting and no commercial areas. The kitchen area is monetized (10 euros for use per day) and frankly I did not expect that.

Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego oraz w sąsiedztwie bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego supermarketu. Apartament o dużej powierzchni, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba do życia. W tym także w balkon od strony południowej, klimatyzację i silne wifi. Apartament znajdował się na 4 piętrze, ale nie stanowiło to problemu, gdyż w budynku były dwie działające windy. Miłym uzupełnieniem była dodatkowo herbata, kawa i woda do dyspozycji gości. Na wyposażeniu kuchni oprócz lodówki, naczyń i sztućców, znajdowała się również płyta grzewcza, czajnik elektryczny i ekspres do kawy. Łazienka była znacznej powierzchni z dużą kabiną prysznicową. Podstawowe wyposażenie salonu stanowiło podwójne łóżko oraz dodatkowy tapczan. Wszystkie meble były dość nowoczesne. Rolety w oknach podnosiły klimatyczność miejsca. Jakość pobytu podnosiła czystość obiektu. Kontakt z właścicielem był ciągły i bezproblemowy. Głównie przez SMS i aplikację WhatsApp.

Najmniej podobała mi się niedostateczny - moim zdaniem - poziom oświetlenia. Ale jest to moje indywidualne odczucie.

Grazioso monolocale

la camera era comoda e spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort per chi ha necessità di cucinare. Anche il bagno abbastanza confortevole e spazioso. Un terrazzino carino che consente anche di sedersi fuori. Il parcheggio, agevole e accessibile, proprio sotto il condominio.

La posizione, in un condominio in un contesto di uffici, che la sera potrebbe presentare dei problemi se non ci fosse la vigilanza privata all'interno del palazzo.

Attenzione !! una pessima esperienza !!!

Nello specifico, non ho mai lasciato una recensione negativa a nessuno, anche se a volte le cose non andavano proprio bene, ma in questo caso mi è stata imposta perché troppo esagerata. La signora che affitta l'appartamento è una donna dell'Ecuador. Ha un pessimo comportamento e parla con molta arroganza e superiorità. Il caldo si registra solo a 19 gradi, a volte sale fino a 21 gradi per poi scendere molto rapidamente. Lo controlla dal suo telefono perché lo ha programmato. Il giorno dopo gli ho mandato un messaggio per chiedergli di alzarlo e lei ha detto che avrebbe alzato la temperatura, ma in realtà non è successo nulla. Forse a mentito. Sono rimasto al freddo per 4 notti, considerando che fuori di notte c'erano forse 2 - 6 gradi, l'ultima notte è stata più calda. Metà dei mobili sono chiusi a chiave, quindi non c'è un posto dove mettere i bagagli, nemmeno se ne hai molti. hai a disposizione solo un armadio aperto dove puoi sistemare i bagagli. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è a pagamento. Lo spazio è molto scarsamente illuminato. La doccia non si chiude molto bene. Il flusso dell'acqua del wc è molto lento. Sono disponibili capsule di caffè e tè, ma il loro consumo è a pagamento. L'ultima sera, domenica, mi ha chiamato alle 21:30 per chiedermi perché Internet non funzionava ed è venuta a casa mia con un signore per controllare. Ha iniziato a discutere con me sul fatto che internet non funzionava e ha continuato a parlare senza fermarsi, facendo solo accuse. Naturalmente, mi sono arrabbiato e ho iniziato a raccontargli tutte le cose che non mi piacevano. Più tardi, mi ha accusato di avergli mentito sul riscaldamento in casa, dicendo che era caldo. Gli ha detto che siamo persone diverse, ma nemmeno a me piace quando fa molto caldo, ma in questa casa faceva più caldo nel corridoio che dentro l'appartamento.

立地がとても便利。駅にもスーパーにもすぐ行けます。暖房もちゃんと暖かく、設備も記載どおりでした。私がスマホのSIMカードを最初登録していたのと別のカードを使用していたため(元々の電話番号のSIMカードは海外だと日数制限があり、もうその制限を超えて滞在していたので別のSIMカードを使った)、案内してくれる方と連絡がなかなか取れず、ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、彼はとても親切でした。おそらく口コミをチェックして「あの時この説明がなかった」というクレームに対応したのだと思います。料金に含まれる飲み物はI日分でそのあとは1ユーロずつかかりますよとか。マットレスもちょうど良い感じで、リフトも使えました。バルコニーから素敵な眺めがみれました。部屋のタペストリーなどもとてもおしゃれでイタリアらしいと思います。

他の方も書いていましたが、防音性は少しよくない。これはこの建物自体のせいで、ホストには責任はないです。あと、Wi-Fiが繋がらないという口コミがあり、実際着いてからしばらくは繋がらなくて困ったのですが、ルータを再起動したら繋がるようになり、その後一度もストップしていません。
