We had a wonderful stay in this great apartments. It is modern, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The prime location made it very easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The host was absolutely attentive, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after, and the warm welcome made our stay even more pleasant. Communication was easy and the host was always helpful whenever we needed anything.

The location is great - close to the city center, Minimetro station is very close and in just some minutes it takes you to centro storico of Perugia, a big Coop supermarket is two steps away, very convinient. An undground parking is very helpful too if you travel with a car, a huge plus! The apartment is spacious, AC is available, a balcony for some calm time outside in the evening, the kitchen is equipped with everything a traveller needs, also the bed linens and the towels are very good. Sonia is a great host - responsible, always in touch, arranging a smooth check -in and eager to be sure you have everything you need for a lovely time in beautiful Perugia.

Sonya was a fantastic host and made our stay so easy. She met us at the apartment, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know, which made check-in completely stress-free. After travelling around Italy for four weeks and staying in many different properties, we’ve realised how much difference a great host makes. Sonya’s warm welcome and attention to detail really stood out. The apartment had secure on-site parking, lift access, and a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The location was excellent too—just a short walk to the MiniMetro, making it easy to reach the historic centre, and close to cafés, a supermarket, and the post office. A wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Well done, Sonya!

Excellente base pour découvrir Perugia et sa région. Logement idéalement situé à côté de la gare. Très pratique également pour se rendre à la vieille ville par le mini métro. Logement très propre, silencieux et très bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux et très amical de Sonia qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans réserve.
