A very good and nice pleace to make turism at Perugia

The property is very well located near de miniMetro. We reach Perugia center in 15 minutes. The appartment was very clean, full equipped, with a little terrace and e view to Perugia center. There is a wonderful coffee near by and a supermarket. The kitchen is full equipped and they offer amenities, coffee machine and capsules, tea, sugar, etc. All you may need.

A spacious, comfortable and well-connected apartment - perfect for a city visit!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and it is just a few steps away from the main train station of Perugia. This means that upon arrival by train check-in is as simple as it gets - basically just crossing the road and getting around the corner. Despite the closeness to this key traffic hub, from which the city centre can easily and quickly be reached by bus or minimetro, it is very calm; the traffic on the top floor of the high building is not noticeable. The host was very friendly and gracious and spared no effort to make my stay enjoyable. Just perfect! If back to Perugia, this is the place where I will want to stay!

Highly recommended, Miss S is best host

Miss S is the most thoughtful, considerate, and responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Throughly enjoyed her hospitality and apartment which we can tell she maintains with guest comforts as top priority. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-stocked, 3 minutes walk from train, minimetro, supermarket. I would rate our stay 20/10 if it’s possible. Grazie mille Miss S for the wonderful experience in Perugia.

Good location, nice apartment, excellent hosts.

The apartment is at the 8th floor in a block of flats, in a lively multi-ethnic environment. The building has a 24-hours door-keeper and a private underground garage, offered free of charge by our host. Sonia and her husband were exceptionally welcoming hosts. They waited for us near the building, gave us the keys and all the needed information. The apartment is modern, new, spotless clean, equipped with all the necessary utilities. It is close to the upper historical center of the town, just 3 stops by mini-metro (6 minutes). Definitely recommend.

A very nice stay in Perugia

The owner was absolutely marvelous - very generous and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and clean. It's located near tram station, a park, and restaurants. It's in a residential area and is quite. We felt restful and safe.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.

Immaculate, well stocked apartment with inside parking garage

This apartment had everything a traveller needed. The furnishings, dishes, towels, extra pillows and blankets were much appreciated. It was very clean and had a good view of upper Perugia. There is a washing machine, and an expandable drying rack. It was a nice bonus to have a bathtub as well as a shower - after all the walking and climbing, soaking tired muscles was wonderful. Secure underground parking was a bonus. It was a nice change to have a host meet us at the apartment and show us around. Sonia was always available to answer questions. I have read some comments about not feeling safe, but we walked to restaurants after dark and had no trouble at all. The proximity to the Minimetro was great.

Clean, modern, convenient location with all amenities

Sonia and her husband were absolutely wonderful. I arrived after dark at the train station in Perugia, and they picked me up and drove me to the apartment and offered to help me with my luggage when I left the next day. The place is perfectly situated near the train station and the minimetro. It is clean and modern, a pleasure to stay there. I'm sorry I did not extend my stay for longer it was so comfortable and convenient. I will return to Station 27 if/when I come back to Perugia.

The owner came and personally showed us the apartment and amenities and made herself available if we had any problems or questions. Knowing that it was our anniversary she had two wonderful desserts in the refrigerator for us as a gift.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location with exceptional helpful staff

We were met at the railway station and walked across to the apartment (about 5 minutes away). Sonia showed us all the facilities. We especially appreciated the convenience of our own washing machine and drying area, as we had 10 days of washing with us! We had a short walk to the “mini metro” for a ride up to the old town in the evening, and equally short walk to the station for our trip to Assisi the next day. Co-op conveniently near by too.

Great place to stay in Perugia

The most important thing to note is that the photos do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, with a balcony which looks into trees and up into the historical center of Perugia. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk only from the train station and the mini-metro up into the historical center. The friendly landlady, Sonya, met us at the entrance to the apartment and urged us to call or use WhatsApp is we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay in Perugia very much.

A small negative would be that one hears some traffic noise with the windows and balcony door open. There is a busy road nearby.

Relaxing stay and very well connected

Everything was perfect. The appartment is spacious, well equiped. 2 minutes from the mini metro and 5 to the train station, all throught walking paths. There is a big supermarket on the way to the train station. It was the perfect place to visit the region from. Sonia is really nice and arranging. I would definitively come back!

I would recommend anyone visiting Perugia (regardless of a long or short stay) to stay at Sonia’s.

Every necessary appliances available, basic cooking ingredients as well. Clean and roomy, with comfortable furniture. The MiniMetro and Supermarket are really close. Plenty of parking space (although not free). The Air Conditioning system was a bless (we stayed in August). Communication with Sonia was easy and fast.

Nice views to the old city, but we were lucky, since not all apartments have it. Parking was not free but reasonable price. Lots of traffic in the area, although the isolation with closed windows is perfect.

Tutto, tutto tutto davvero ottimo. Personale gentile, accogliente pronto a fornire tutte le informazioni. Posto auto coperto. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione centrale. Salotto con TV , Netflix, e giochi da tavolo. I proprietari ci hanno omaggiato con una bottiglia di vino, acqua, caffè e snack per la colazione. Ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente qui ogni volta.

Erst skeptisch ob der Lage, dann sehr zufrieden.

Beim Ankommen war es befremdlich festzustellen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung im 8. Stock einer Großwohnanlage in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe handelt. Tatsächlich aber gab es keine Probleme, das Gebäude war gut überwacht, ebenso die Tiefgarage. Alle Mitbewohner - aus aller Herren Länder - die ich im Fahrstuhl oder auf der Treppe traf, waren freundlich. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zum Busbahnhof und zur Minimetro kam man im Handumdrehen an jeden gewünschten Ort. Hoch zu loben sind die Betten. 1,80 m breit, mit Topper, sehr bequem. Auch weitere Ausstattungen waren perfekt: Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen. Bereitgestellte Lebensmittel. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und, als die Kaffeemaschine streikte, bemüht sofort Abhilfe zu schaffen.

Rewelacyjne mieszkanie. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i serdeczni w przekazaniu kluczy, jak i informacyjnie: gdzie i w jaki sposób dotrzeć komunikacją miejską. Mieszkanie posiadało wszystko, co potrzebne, by spędzić tu mile czas. Ogromnym plusem jest też podziemny parking. Z mieszkania jest kilka minut na pobliski przystanek, z którego dotrzemy do centrum. Serdecznie polecam to mieszkanie, mając nadzieję, że jeszcze tu kiedyś powrócę.

Non appena giunti siamo stati accolti dalla signora Sonia che ha confermato la gentilezza e la dolcezza già percepita al telefono. Parcheggio nel garage, bar a 2 Min a piedi per colazione, minimetrò a 5 Min a piedi, l appartamento è ai limiti della perfezione, non mancava niente, neanche a inventarsi una necessità. Sonia è molto premurosa.
