Good location, not so comfortable

Good location near the mini-metro. Coop supermarket nearby and the great Pasticceria Etrusca only a few steps away. Secure garage underground if coming by car, making it a good base for day trips in wonderful Umbria.

Superficial cleaning. Heavy dust in some areas. Kitchen area, appliances, dishes and tools required a good cleaning before use. Bathroom shower and basin had a serious blockage issue. The odour from the bathroom spreading in the room was not pleasant. The rugs are very dirty. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows even worse. No supplies in the kitchen, e.g. coffee, etc and minimal, very basic in the bathroom.

Very good location

Great location! Close to the minimetro station, railway station and bus terminal. It's very easy to get to the old town of Perugia or airport. The apartment is a nice and well furnished place, balcony with lovely view - great for morning coffee! Very kind host and good contact.

Exceptional Location and comfort!

I loved the location of this apartment - a few minutes from the train station and the Coop supermarket, and the mini-metro that goes up to the old city. The mini-metro also goes to the piazza with the long-distance buses. I liked sitting on the balcony watching the mini-metro go up and down. It was cold in February but the apartment was warm and cozy. I was very happy with my choice and recommend it to others.

Google brought me to the building but to the side that looks like the building is under construction. I was confused and worried. A very kind stranger called the owner for me and made sure I got into the apartment. Better access instructions would have helped a lot. Indeed there is a convenient pedestrian pathway from the building that goes to a raised piazza that has steps down to the Coop and the railway station. Unfortunately Google doesn't know about it.

The one major advantage of this flat is its proximity to the train station – ideal for trips to places nearby – and to the Mini-Metro for the centre of Perugia (though this option is available only between 7 am [9 am on Sundays] and 9 pm). Moreover, the place is clean and spacious and has good facilities, including a kitchenette and a dining area.

The neighbourhood and the building (with more than 100 flats altogether) are not particularly posh. There was no personal contact with the owner (only text messages and one phone conversation). Some basic items were in short supply (only one set of towels, one roll of lavatory paper, and one trash bag for a whole week).

Loud neighbors but they quieted down after 2230. Would've been nice if the kitchen had a couple more staples like pepper and olive oil. Bathroom detached from bathroom but it was okay for a night.

Spacious apartment close to mini metro which gave quick access to the city and close to supermarket.

Host met us at the property to give us access. Although there is external work going on at the property it did not inconvenience us. The only issue is that there is presently no outlook as the outside of the complex is covered.

Because of the work being done it felt a little claustrophobic.

Comfortable, tidy and very confidently located apartment perfect for discovering perugia and exploring Umbria. Flat was well equipped and had a very helpful host (in Italian though!)

Superb

Accommodation met expectations and matched the description. The apartment was clean and spacious. For us was a great advantage the possibility of parking directly in the garage under the house. The house was undergoing reconstruction, but it did not make our stay unpleasant. If you do not speak Italian, be prepared to communicate with a translator.

Lovely apartment. Great shower. Really comfortable and quiet. Nice to have a kitchen so I could cook.

Apartment 5 minutes from minimetro station which took us to the oldtown (about 10min.)

There was fasade renovation at the time so there was no view at all (scaffolding). But we stayed for only one night so atually it was no problem for us

It was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious cosy and the staff was very friendly. Very good overall considering the price.

The building was being renovated (but that didn’t cause much inconvenience) and the location was not optimal.

The host was nice. The flat is big and perfect equipped. Close to minimetro to the town.

The house was under construction and they started working early (It wasn´t problem for us cos we wake up soon anyway). Location doesn´t look so nice.

Even though the location is near the train station, there were no noises that bothered me and I woke up amidst the sound a chirping birds.

It takes a a good walk to get to the city centre, but it's pleasing really - Perugia is staggeringly beautiful.
