The key was in a lockbox. The password was sent by WhatsApp. Very easy acess. The key to the garage door is also there.

clean and well laid out for a studio. Close to a supermarket and train station. Lovely terrace to sit and relax in the evening.
Only item I would mention to improve was the kitchen facilities. Not a lot of worktop room to make a meal ended up using the dining table as a kitchen surface. The utensils could be far better quality and there is no point in having the cupboard space with a massive steel section.
