内装はモダンで清潔、キッチンもバスルームもとても綺麗でした。オーナーさんはタイミングよく必要な連絡をくれたので、困ることはありませんでした。
ペルージャ駅、ミニメトロの駅とも歩いてすぐ(坂道、階段あります)、スーパーも駅前にあり、滞在目的によってはとても便利です。駅前の雰囲気は良いとは言えませんが、日中ふつうに歩く分には問題ないです。
3日間快適に過ごさせて頂きました。
シャワー水圧がもうちょっと強ければうれしいです。

Condominio popolare in quartiere periferico degradato. Tavoletta del water rotta e non sostituita e acqua calda assente nel bidet. Modem WiFi sul comodino.

Camera molto bella, anche il parcheggio custodito é ottimo. Il check in può essere fatto sempre, quindi comodissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili
