Wonderful Apartment in Perugia

Great location. This apartment is so close to the train station and the mini metro to the old town. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and completely outfitted. There's a nice large bathroom and lots of storage. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment felt very safe and secure. The cafe at the gas station sells tickets for the mini metro.

We would prefer a kettle instead of a tea pot. It certainly wasn't an issue, just a preference. We really liked this apartment. It was perfect for us. Please note, if you want to use the oven and dishwasher, they are not included for use .

Really nice stay

Location at the Minimetro was awesome. Host was friendly and responded quickly when there was a small issue with the hot water. Very clean, good kitchen.

Minor one but you need local data or calls to contact the host when you get there. Most people can do that but not everyone, so just an FYI :).

A wonderful owner with a wonderful place to stay when travelling to Perugia.

The location was perfect for access into Perugia. The appartment was spotlessly clean and contained all we needed and more. Irene was so kind and did everything she could to make our stay so wonderful. Thank you.

Nice and well equipped apartment in a good location in Perugia

The apartment is a one minute walk from the Minimetro (two stations from the historical center, you can use an elevator to go up). The garage for the apartment is safe and locked and is a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is freshly renovated and well equipped. The heating is controllable and efficient. There are a lot of kitchenware to use. The wifi is strong and stable. Bathroom has a toilet, bidet and a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor but there is an elevator in the building. Irene is the host, a very nice lady. She only speaks Italian, and if you speak English she tries to get through all the information with the help of Google translator in her phone.

We wanted an apartment with an oven but it didn't work because of some electric problem.

Дуже зручно, що у безпосередній близкості від помешкуання розташована станція міні-метро, завдяки чому до центра міста можна дістатися за 15 хвилин. Та і пішки йдеш до центру міста через історичну забудову. Сама Перуджа - дуже гарне місто з чудовою атфосферою завдяки значній присутності студентської молоді.

У помешканн є пральна машина та посудомийка, але миючі засоби для них слід привозити з собою.

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione e gestito con gentilezza

Posizione ottima a 500 metri dalla stazione FS, praticamente attaccato al mini metro (che non abbiamo utilizzato perchè ci piace camminare, ma se serve è vicinissimo). Casa comoda e attrezzatissima di tutto, molto ben pulita. Gestita da persone gentili e disponibili, Irene che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e spiegato quello che serve dell'appartamento e Francesco che ha iniziato l'accoglienza quando eravamo ancora in viaggio dandoci indicazioni. Veramente gentili.

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Perugia

Eravamo due coppie, mio marito ed io e i miei genitori. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza dalla Signora Irene che ci ha dato anche una serie di indicazioni utili, non ultima quella del minimetrò la cui fermata era proprio a fianco a casa. I due appartamentini sono deliziosi, dotati di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. La colazione si poteva fare tranquillamente in casa oppure, come abbiamo fatto noi, in un bar proprio sotto casa. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato per chi, come noi, viaggia in macchina. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile col minimetrò o anche con i taxi, numerosi, sempre disponibili in tempi brevissimi e per nulla costosi, soprattutto se si è in 3 o 4 persone (abbiamo speso dagli 8 ai 12 € a corsa)

Soggiorno bellissimo e sereno

La struttura è arredata completamente, è sicura perché sono presenti due porte blindate d’ingresso, è nuova e arredata con cura. Tutto perfetto. Ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua, caffè/thè pur non avendo compreso la colazione. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile
