The owner Stefano was a great host. He even met is at the train station and brought us to the apartment. The studio is very clean and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The breakfast voucher at the pasticceria was very nice.

The biggest bonus is the parking space right in front of the appartement, and also the very short walk to the minimetro. Communication with Stefano was excellent from the moment I booked the apartment. There was also a YouTube video with directions on how to get there, which I found quite helpful. Stefano was always reachable via WhatsApp and gave us a lot of recommendations where to eat and so on. Whenever I will be back in Perugia, for sure I will book again. Thank you Stefano.
