La struttura è situata in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Perugia tramite la mini metro, la cui fermata è a pochi passi dall’alloggio. Comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte. Stefano è stato gentilissimo: ha atteso il nostro arrivo, avvenuto in tarda serata; ci ha fornito un sacco di posti dove poter degustare piatti tipici umbri e tutti hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! Suggerirò sicuramente questo posto a parenti ed amici.

Ambiente davvero pulito e profumato. Anche la biancheria da letto e quella da bagno erano profumatissime. La stanza è piuttosto ampia e gli spazi abitabili. C’è tutto quello che occorre in cucina e in bagno. Comodità e pulizia a 360 gradi. Possibilità di parcheggio proprio in prossimità della struttura. La gentilezza dell’host è poi un valore aggiunto.
