Everything is exactly as advertised! The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully furnished with a very romantic vibe. We particularly loved the practical layout of the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. The view is simply stunning and was a highlight of our stay.
It’s located within walking distance of the old town and a grocery store. Having free parking right in front of the building was a huge convenience.
The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. We definitely recommend this place!

La Coppetta di CrisandSimo is an expertly remodeled apartment in an older building located a 10-15-minute uphill walk to the center of historic Perugia. The apartment is modern on the interior with a fully-stocked kitchen, very fast Wi-Fi and plenty of space to rest, relax or work. There is a super market and wine shop about three blocks away and free parking on the street that abuts the apartment building. I enjoyed my stay at La Coppetta di CrisandSimo and do recommend it for a short or long stay in Perugia.

L’appartamento era un piccolo gioiello. Luminoso, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort! Sono stati sempre giorni piovosi perciò tornare a casa a fine giornata era davvero un piacere considerando il calore e l’accoglienza dell’appartamento.
