Bus stop to Old Town just a couple on minutes walk from door. Great view, good access, clean, bright and spacious.

A great spot in Perugia!

One of the cutest apartments we’ve stayed at! Great location in a quiet residential area but a short walk to the center of Perugia. Lovely decor and lots of natural light with views of the hills. Well-stocked for toiletries and kitchen. Easy communication and parking along the street, and a nice bakery and Conad grocery right around the corner.

We stayed a week in Perugia, the spacious apartment was well service by a large Conad store.

This was a large comfortable apartment on the 7th floor of a 60’s building, the lift was slow, but appreciated. We enjoyed cooking and eating out on the balcony.

The location would be better with a car!!! The climb to the old town was extremely hard 15 min up the hill to the escalator.

Very good location close to the center but with good free parking slots.The apparent is very clean, beautiful style, bright and quite newly renovated.It had everything to make your stay in Perugia comfortable.Great huge balcony where to sit for breakfast.easy and fast checking.Good communication with the hosts.

Beautiful super clean apartment, with the best possible hosts.

This is the perfect apartment, tastefully decorated, hyper clean and very comfortable. On top of that, our hosts were super flexible and responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, for which we are very grateful. We will come back!

Un appartamento dove sentirsi a casa

L'appartamento "La Coppetta" è un luogo dove sentirsi a casa. La cucina e il bagno sono dotati di ogni necessità, la camera da letto è molto comoda e spaziosa. Ogni singolo dettaglio è stato studiato con cura e la pulizia era impeccabile. Cris e Simo sono dei perfetti padroni di casa, attenti ad ogni esegenza, tempestivi e molto diponibili. Molto comodo il parcheggio (si trova tranquillamente nei pressi del palazzo), collocato in una posizione tranquilla ma ottima per raggiungere il centro città. Qualità e prezzo ottimi. Tornerò sicuramente!

die Kommunikation und der self check-in waren unkompliziert und sehr nett, Aufzug in den 7. Stock in die Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht, in 15 Minuten (mit Kondition für den anspruchsvollen Aufstieg) in die Altstadt, Supermarkt um die Ecke, kostenfreie Parkplätze, Alles da für den, der Kochen will, Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern und Türen

Das war Pech, da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür: Tag 1 Baulärm, Tag 2 wurde vormittags das Wasser abgestellt. Die Matratze könnte mal erneuert werden (man trifft sich immer in der Mitte :-))

Liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, Fahrstuhl zum Erreichen des 7. Stocks und dann ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon, Der kleine Arbeitsbereich im Schlafzimmer war uns sehr willkommen, Im Grunde eine ruhige Wohngegend [wenn nicht gerade auf dem Gewerbegrundstück gegenüber ein LKW kommt und versucht, in der engen Einfahrt rückwärts einzuparken ;-) ] und die Chancen, einen Straßenparkplatz zu bekommen, sind sehr gut. Der Ordner der Gastgeber mit vielen tollen Informationen zu Perugia war sehr umfangreich zusammengestellt

Leider empfanden wir die Matratze (m.E. (Taschen-)Federkern) des Bettes als vollkommen durchgelegen. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir das Gefühl, in einer Salatschüssel zu schlafen. Wir sind ständig zur Mitte zusammengerollt. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann die Matratze umgedreht und das Kopfende zum Fußende gedreht und dann ging es etwas besser.

Świetny obiekt w dobrej cenie

Mieszkanie super, wszystko zadbane, kontakt z właścicielem idealny, pomagają we wszystkim o co poprosisz. Dobre wyposażenie, jest lodówka, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, 2 klimatyzatory. Sklep spożywczy bardzo blisko, do centrum spacer pod górkę około 10-15 min. Parking przy ulicy darmowy, bez problemu znajdowaliśmy miejsce.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente vicino al centro

Ci è piaciuta la posizione rispetto al centro. In pochi minuti si riesce ad arrivare in centro storico. L'appartamento era pulito e molto accogliente. I ragazzi ci hanno lasciato una guida con i luoghi più belli da visitare e i posti consigliati dove mangiare. Vicino all'appartamento inoltre è presente un supermercato e un'ottima gelateria.

Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di visitare Perugia in giornate particolarmente afose per cui sarebbe stato un plus avere l'aria condizionata. All'interno però abbiamo trovato due ventilatori che ci hanno permesso di dormire tranquilli.

Joli logement

L’appartement est très spacieux, cosy et bien équipé, on s’y sent très bien. Le centre ville est accessible à pied mais il faut monter la rue qui est abrupte. Tout est très bien expliqué dans un guide établi par les propriétaires. Le lit est grand et confortable et le dernier étage est très agréable. Par contre, on entend les bruits de l’immeuble qui est assez vieux. Et surtout, malgré l’annonce qui disait offrir un parking privé, on nous a dit de nous garer dans la rue, ce qui nous a obligés à tourner tous les soirs pour trouver une place et parfois très loin. Cela nous a vraiment déçus et incommodés!

Pulitissima, accessoriata e con una bellissima vista, soprattutto al tramonto. Comodo parcheggio sottostante il palazzo e vicino al centro. Comodissima la possibilità del self check-in e check-out. Ottima anche la brochure con i consigli per la città.

Magari aggiungerei una TV, ma è più uno spunto di miglioramento che una critica.

Super piacevole :)

É stata la mia prima volta a Perugia e devo dire che non mi aspettavo che fosse una città così bella. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale sono stati Cris e Simone, due padroni di casa davvero fantastici. Fin da subito si sono dimostrati super cordiali e disponibili, dandoci tante indicazioni utilissime sui posti da visitare e soprattutto sui ristoranti migliori della zona. Devo ammettere che sono un grande amante dello street food locale, e i loro consigli non hanno deluso. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! L’appartamento è molto vicino al centro, con una vista molto bella dato che l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano dello stabile. Devo dire che, qnche se siamo rimasti solo una notte e non abbiamo usato la cucina, ho notato che era perfettamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario, inclusi prodotti base come olio e sale, cosa non scontata visto che di solito non li trovi quasi mai. Diciamo che secondo me é un dettaglio che fa davvero piacere visto che ti fa notare come i proprietari ci tengano a rendere piu comodo il soggiorno agli ospiti. Non posso che ringraziare Cris e Simone per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Se tornerò a Perugia, sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo il loro appartamento. Un’esperienza top sotto ogni punto di vista, consigliatissimi!

bellissima casa, molto luminosa, pulitissima e confortevole, bella dalle foto ma dal vivo ancora meglio. acqua calda, doccia e asciugamani pulitissimi (come tutto il resto dopotutto), riscaldamento attivo, e tutti i comfort che occorrono sono presenti. ci siamo trovate veramente bene. a 15 min dal centro, la strada è un po’ in salita per arrivarci ma d’altronde Perugia è così. poi tranquilli, a tornare ovviamente è tutta discesa!! ;) collegata comunque con alcuni mezzi. ci tornerei molto volentieri!!
