Spacious and tastfullyy decorated apartment and exceptionally helpful host
Spacious and clean apartment with balcony in both bedrooms. Nice (sun set) view from one of the balconies. Tastfully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, salt, coffee, tea, olive oil, all was availabe. Kitchen towles, hand soap, shower gel and other items were present. Exceptional host, waited for us at the top of the stairs and guided us to the house. Bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Much appreciated.
Take note that you have to take 2 stairs and a 50 meters up hill, to reach the apartment and once inside anoher 3 flight of stairs to take you to the apartment. Car could be parked (free of charge) but a long staircase up back to the house. So if you have a several bags of luggage we found it quite an effort to get everything into the apartment. This could have been explained better in the description of the accommodation.

La posizione perché ci si accede per una scaletta interna, nascosta dalla strada e bisogna farci l'abitudine, soprattutto di notte.

Charmant appartement aux portes de la vieille ville
Charmant appartement parfaitement situé aux portes de la vieilles ville de Perugia. Alessandra (notre hôte) a été très disponible et pro-active dans les diverses explications à fournir (comment arriver, diverses possibilités de parking, etc...). L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Très confortable et fonctionnel.

Nice appartement to visit Perugia
Mooi ruim en goed ingericht appartement. Redelijk dicht bij het centrum, via lange roltrappen. Zeer weinig geluiden van buiten en dus ook 's avonds erg stil. Heel fijn dat er al verschillende producten voor koken en schoonmaken en ook hand zeep aanwezig waren. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Sufficient pans available for cooking. Prima bedden.
Parkeer mogelijkheden niet erg optimaal. Keuken kon op verschillende punten schoner gemaakt worden, zoals rond de oven en in de keuken laden. Jammer dat soms de verwarming aan ging zonder dat dit nodig was. Wc bril was los aan een kant. Soms wat geluiden van de boven buren. Kit rand van het bad zou vernieuwd moeten worden. Betere afvoer van het waterdamp na het douchen via een actieve ventilatie zou prettig zijn.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno!
La casa è molto ben tenuta, spaziosa, ha dei bei locali ed è ben illuminata da luce naturale, nonché la posizione super vicina al centro. Mi sono trovato benissimo e i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliata per un soggiorno a Perugia e per chi vuole visitare il centro o spostarsi nei dintorni.
