Convenient, well appointed, clean, comfortable. I would stay there again.

A compact little property with kitchen diner/sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Conveniently about 300 meters outside the Etruscan Arch, 5 or so minute walk to city centre. A good 50 meters off road so no cars or footfall, only neighbours who were very quiet. There are good kitchen facilities if you want to self cater. There are steps to the property but Perugia is built on a hillside so there are steps and inclines everywhere and the rise on the steps is fairly easy. Good communication from the owner. I stayed 3 nights and was very happy with the property.

The only thing I struggled with is finding subtitles on the TV, but that is probably me not the TV. I do find remotes a challenge.

Good location, quiet

The apartment felt mouldy and dirty The toilet flushed onto the seat, which was really disgusting Inside was dark and ugly and a bit depressing The apartment does NOT look like the photos I would have left after the first night if it was possible.

予定時刻より早めに到着してしまったのですが、オーナーの方が親切に対応してくださり、すぐに部屋の中に入ることができました。部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫やレンジ、キッチン用品、ドライヤー、アイロンなどが揃っていたので、快適に過ごすことができました。ペルージャの中心街へは5分ほどで行けるので、立地もとても良いと思います。
