Super location, quite place and nice hosts. thank you Maria Teresa

It is a flat in block with great location, near Minimetro and several minutes from the Railway station that suit us very much as we were travelling from Roma by train and went to visit Assisi by train, and super easy way to get to old town. Perugia surprised me very much - very nice town with a lot of students ana old University. Communication with our host was very good, we changed our time of arrival several times and there were no problem to her to meet us at 8 p.m.

Great value stay in Perugia, near to historical center

Clean and well equiped apartment. It is located very close to a MiniMetro station (2-3 minutes walk), only 2 stations ride to the historical center. I higly recommend for a short trip to Perugia. The room has an extandable sofa, but it was very confortable. There is also an extandable armchair in case you are travelling with kids.

Great stay in Perugia!

Property was clean, comfortable and close to transportation. It’s a third floor studio but there is a lift. The apt had a washing machine, kitchen (but no microwave), great shower, and a/c. The sofabed was very comfortable for us. The owner(and daughter) had some tourist information- the best is the mini metro which can take you straight to the historic part of Perugia, or to the train station (if need be), and about 1 block away.

I wish there were some more cooking utensils like a spatula. Everything else was great!

It was not what we would call a one bedroom apartment. There was one large room which had a double sofa bed and single sofa bed and a kitchen. Then the bathroom was seperate with a small shower.

Excelent and no worries

Everything was great, the apartament is very clean, everything works fine, the space is great. Very close to Supermarket and to the minimetro station, that gives us fast way into the historical center. Perugia is a very beautiful city!

Great stay in the city

We met up with the host on location. Due to delays we arrived a bit later but luckily for the host this wasn't a problem at all. The availability of a kitchen in the apartment was great. Would definitely recommend!

It took us some time to find the right apartment. It is located in a apartment block and by walking past all entranced we eventually found the right number. A small map would've been usefull.

It has a kitchen, a small TV, a comfortable enough bed and it's very close to the Perugia train station.

For the price I think it's very good but do keep in mind that the kitchen , dinning table and bedroom are all in one, even though it's not very cramped.

Superb

Nice clean flat, equipped, good location. Walkable to the historical city, but it's up the hill, so u may wanna take metro which is right next to the flat. Staff very nice and helpful. Private parking at the property.

The beds weren't comfortable but it was ok for 2 nights.

Good

The owner was lovely. She even gave us two tickets for the tram to reach Perugia's historical centre. The apartment was clean and the position was great.

It was far too hot. There's no air-conditioning but only a vertical fan, which is not able to lower the temperature. We slept with the window open and the fan on but there was no ventilation whatsoever.

Espacio confortable y estratégico

El departamento estuvo muy cómodo, limpio y con varios detalles que hacen que la estancia del huésped sea placentera. Me gustó mucho la cercanía a la estación central de Tren y minimetro facilitando el transporte hacia el centro o sus alrededores. La dueña del departamento me asistió en todo momento a mis dudas.

Perugia to piękne miasto, godne polecenia ze względu na swój urok, ale też jako baza wypadowa do innych miejsc Umbrii.

Lokal był czysty, przytulny i miał na wyposażeniu wszystko, co potrzebne. Największą jego zaletą było położenie: blisko głównej stacji kolejowej, blisko przystanku autobusowego lini jadącej na/ z lotniska, blisko minimetra, którym można szybko i wygodnie dostać się na starówkę.

La casa era dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche se divano letto ma materasso davvero comodissimo. Distante 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata minimetro “ case bruciate” , il che la rende comoda nel periodo dell’Umbria jazz per poter raggiungere facilmente il centro

Mali stan s parkingom

Stan/studio (jedna soba u kojoj je kuhinja i razvučena sofa s kupaonicom) je na dobroj lokaciji u smislu da je blizu mini metroa (5 min.), željezničke i autobusne stanice (10 min.) i trgovine (preko puta željezničke stanice), benzinska stanica i kafić na njoj je također vrlo blizu. Nalazi se u stambenom naselju na rubnom dijelu grada, na 3. katu u zgradi s liftom. Stan ima pripadajući parking ispred zgrade (prozori gledaju na parking) koji se ne plaća dodatno i to je izuzetno dobro ako se ide s autom. Vlasnice su vrlo susretljive i ljubazne i dočekale su nas ispred zgrade i predale ključeve stana i parkinga, te dale upute za kretanje po gradu. U stanu se nalazi aparat za kavu i kapsule i boce s vodom.

Jako mi je žao napisati, no wifi je cijelo vrijeme bio iznimno loš i spor što je boravak (posao) činio vrlo napornim. TV je veličine manjeg kompjuterskog ekrana i gotovo je nemoguće gledati nešto na tako malom ekranu. Prozor i zavjesa u kupaonici nisu bili očišćeni. Krevet je zapravo razvučena sofa 140 cm širine i definitivno nije za duži boravak dvoje ljudi, a posteljina je bila sastavljena od tri različite posteljine što je odavalo nelagodan osjećaj nepripremljenosti, a jastuci su imali čudan miris. Prihvatljiva cijena je tada bila jasnija i zapravo je razumna u odnosu na sadržaj.

La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda per la stazione, per il centro congressi di Perugia e per la minimetro (fermata Case Bruciate). C'è stata molta flessibilità per le mie esigenze di arrivo e partenza. Il monolocale, nella sua semplicità, è comodo e ben fornito. Il divano-letto è stato sorprendentemente comodo. Il bagno ampio e con tutto il necessario.
