Very good

Perfect location. Handy for the bus stop (from the railway station) and right in the historic centre. Luciano was very friendly and welcoming, and available when we needed help.

We chose this property because it had a garden, but actually it was not very essy to use.

Perfect!!!

Great place in a very convenient location. Spacious and a very comfortable bed. A slightly tight drive into the place but short and the parking was nice. It was a bit dark if I were traveling alone but felt safe as a couple.

Great location, safe parking, comfortable apartment. Very nice host who lives opposite. Coffee and tea provided and good pretty good internet. Comfortable bed and all very clean. Also beautiful view!

Shower is small and internet is not reliable in main room though very good in entrance area with desk.

Eurochocolate 2025 e rimpatriata con amici

Dunque abbiamo soggiornato da venerdì 14 novembre a domenica 16 con una bambina di 6 anni. Il parcheggio consentito nel cortile, graditissimo. Inoltre l'appartamento o ampio, luminoso, caldo ha il sapore dei tempi dei miei nonni ( pavimentazione, attaccapanni, scudi finestre ecc)i, ma non per questo meno efficiente.apoena si entra c e' un vano con letto singolo scrivania e finestra diviso dall altro ambiente con una tenda in trasparenza. L altro vano molto molto ampio sempre così n finestra ha un armadio, un tavolo con sedie, un letto matrimoniale con comodini e attaccapanni. Dal vano della camera matrimoniale si accede al lato cucine na più riservato grz ad un muro dotata di lavello piano cottura frigo lavatrice , utensili cucina , aspirapolvere e cestini x la differenziata. Il bagno dotato di tutto i servizi igienici si accede dalla c da letto .presenti asciugamani varie e sapone liquido x mani. Molto graditi i tappeti dislocati sia in bagno che come scendiletto. La vicinanza al centro e la cortesia e gentilezza del signor Luciano danno valore aggiunto.!!

Revovierungsbedürftiges Appartment in Zentrumsnähe mit Parkplatz

Luciano ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Privater Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude.

Anders als die vielen guten Bewertungen hatten wir einen anderen Eindruck. Wir hatten eigentlich 2 Nächte gebucht, sind aber schon nach einer Nacht abgereist. Im Einzelnen: Parkplatz und Treppe zum Haus sind in schlechtem Zustand und ungepflegt (Unkraut). Das Gebäude ist insgesamt nicht schön. Die Einrichtung scheint wie ein Sammelsurium aus alten Möbeln, ohne erkennbaren Stil. Es gab leider auch Probleme mit Sauberkeit, z.B.: Duschmatte mit Schimmelspuren, Flecken auf der Überdecke, Türgriffe nicht sauber. Das ganze Appartment ist ganz einfach renovierungsbedürftig: Badezimmer, Möbel, Fliesen, Wände, Fenster. Ich greife zwei Antworten des Gastgebers auf frührere Bewertungen von Gästen auf: Nein, da hilft kein frischer Anstrich mehr. Und: "Alt" ist nicht "Antik". Ein gut gemeinter Rat nach jahrelanger privater und beruflicher Reise-Erfahrung: Bitte gut überlegen, ob das Vermieten so noch Sinn macht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier absolut nicht (mehr) gerechtfertigt.

Centrale ma...

La posizione è ottima. La struttura si trova a 2 minuti dal centro e offre una corte dive potete parcheggiare la macchina

La struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione: il pavimento è in cattivo stato e gli infissi sono cadenti, manca il televisore e il condizionatore che è sostituito da un lampadario/ventilatore posto sopra il letto matrimoniale. Non sarebbe sgradito far trovare agli ospiti almeno bagnoschiuma e shampoo.

Accoglienza impeccabile e posizione perfetta

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La pulizia era impeccabile e la posizione comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente, ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale la nostra esperienza è stata l’accoglienza del signor Luciano. Fin dal primo momento si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. È raro trovare persone così appassionate e premurose. Consigliatissimo!

Semplicemente perfetto!

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem älteren Haus am Rande der Altstadt von Perugia. Luciano, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich (Grazie mille Luciano, per la Sua gentilezza e ospitalità!). Das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt eine große Kühl- / Gefrierkombination und einen Induktionsherd mit Backofen. Sogar eine kleine Siebträgermaschine für die Zubreitung eines caffè (Espresso) ist vorhanden - also keine dieser fürchterlichen Kapselmaschinen. Auch eine Waschmascine steht zur Verfügung. Die Heizung hat funktionert, die haben wir Mitte März auch noch gebraucht. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es scheinbar nicht, es könnte also im Sommer warm sein. Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und es ruhig, bei göffnetem Fenster hört man minimale Straßengeräusche von gelegentlich vorbeifahrenden Autos und Vogelgezwitscher. Das Appartment ist im 2. Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug - für uns kein Problem (und wir sind sehr deutlich älter als 40 Jahre). Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang im abgeschlossenen Hof ist genial! Der Weg dorthin führt im letzten Abschnitt durch enge Strassen, da es aber Einbahnstrassen sind hatte ich kein Problem (AUDI A4). Im historischen Stadtzentrum ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

Der Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz.

Appartamento molto bello e silenzioso, posizione ottima, parcheggio comodo (se non hai una macchina troppo bassa), il signor Luciano è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Molti gatti in giro, non è un problema a parte il fatto che salgono sulle auto.

Appartement très placé au pied de la muraille. Accueil très agréable. Le propriétaire est très disponible et répond tout de suite. Parking fermé au bas de l’immeuble. Appartement très propre, spacieux, bien chauffé, bien équipé.
