great location with 3mins to the mini metro on foot. with indoor parking and the room is clean.

there is no reserved parking which means you cannot find parking anytime. but it is not a problem if you just want to explore the city .

Wonderful stay in Perugia

The place is very nice, in a very safe area (I roamed around at night with no problem whatsoever) and max. 5 minutes away from the train station, which was a great thing for me, as I needed to travel every day to a new place. The bed is big and comfortable and the apartment has all the facilities one would need for a stay. Marco is a very nice, attentive and helpful host and I recommend this rental to any people interested in a great place to stay in Perugia.

Perfect position: 3 min from a train station and 20 min bus to the old town. Supermarket 2 min. The host is very kind🙂 Happy to have booked here!

I would recommend this property for singles or couples who want to stay a few days in Perugia.

The location was excellent with shops and transport hubs nearby and the flat was nice and bright with a big balcony.The host was both friendly and helpful.

Marco foi um anfitriao cuidadoso e ainda falava um pouco de portugues.O apartamento é simples mas cumpre bem sua função, boa cama, tudo muito limpo. Proximidade com a estação central de Perugia

não tinha toalha de banho ( não sei se não li que so estaria inclusa a de rosto) e falta de amenities de banho

Central location, very close to mini metro and railway station. It is a single room apartment with private kitchen, balcony and bathroom. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave. They also provide plate, pans and so on. Also there are some salt and pepper kind of basic things. The room also has TV. Host is very helpful. When I got stuck in Perugia, he came to pick me up. He also showed the surroundings, nearby grocery stores, metro and so on. He also allowed me to stay even after the check out time. He is very friendly.

Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere

Alloggio estremamente pulito, lenzuoli profumatissimi, mobilio nuovo, confortevole, riscaldato, con tutti i comfort necessari. Cucina fornita di tutto, macchinetta del caffè, tv, letti e cuscini comodissimi. Coperte e plaid a disposizione. I bambini hanno usufrito del divano letto ed è stato comodissimo! All'arrivo la proprietaria ci ha accolto facendoci visionare l'alloggio, dopo aver parcheggiato nel posto riservato a noi! Posizione strategica in quando dista circa 200m dalla stazione " Madonna Alta" della minimetro, il famoso "metro'" che collega la periferia al centro! Per i bambini è stato divertentissimo salirci! In un attimo si arriva in pieno centro! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e flessibile sulle nostre esigenze di orario di arrivo! E disponibile a consigliarci posti in cui pranzare/cenare!

Cordialità da parte del gestore, impeccabile pulizia degli ambienti, alloggio molto confortevole e vicinissimo alla minimetro con cui è molto facile e comodo raggiungere il centro cittadino. Tra l'altro, nei pressi dell'appartamento vi sono ottime pizzerie e ristoranti

Tutto perfetto

Il primissimo pregio di questo soggiorno è stato il proprietario: cortese, disponibile, organizzato e gentilissimo. Si è preoccupato quotidianamente di sapere come stesse andando il soggiorno e, nonostante non sia riuscito ad accompagnarci nel primo ingresso per inderogabili motivi personali, ci ha tenuto a passare nella serata stessa per conoscerci e illustrarci l'organizzazione dell'appartamento. Il secondo enorme punto a favore è la pulizia dei locali: si vede che è una casa amata, profumata e linda in ogni sua stanza tanto che si potrebbe mangiare per terra. Le stanze sono tutte calde anche di questo periodo freschetto, grazie all'efficiente riscaldamento e agli infissi praticamente nuovi. Altri confort offerti sono il set di cortesia con asciugamani, phon, saponi, lenzuola, cialde di caffè e macchinetta e tè, tutto rigorosamente pulito e profumato. Oltre a questo abbiamo piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, piano cottura, cappa aspirante, frigo, Smart tv, microonde, forno tutto a disposizione dell'ospite. Menzione speciale per le decorazioni natalizie con statuine e alberello: veramente deliziose. La zona è perfetta per girare anche i dintorni: Assisi, Spello, Santa Maria degli Angeli e la stessa Perugia. Un soggiorno veramente eccellente, quando torneremo in zona ci affideremo sicuramente a questa struttura.

Consigliatissimo

Ambiente molto curato e pulito, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Appartamento al quarto piano ottimamente servito da ascensore con bel balcone. Marco si è preoccupato di fornirci gli indirizzi di varie località da visitare e consigliato altrettanti ristorantini, oltre ai mezzi per raggiungere il centro. Ciliegina sulla torta il parcheggio coperto riservato.

Tutto come da annuncio, nessuna sgradevole sorpresa.
