Nice modern apartment close to historic centre

Renovated apartment, well appointed with two bathrooms. 5-10 minute walk to the main street of the historic centre. Nice view from the balcony off one of the bedrooms. Comfortable beds.

No coffee or paper towels (for drying dishes) in the apartment when we arrived, however these were provided promptly when we asked. Apartment is convenient to everything but streets to get to it are steep (was hard work wheeling our bags to/from, and apartment is also on top floor up several flights of stairs) very narrow (hard for cars to access) and quite dark at night.

It was an amazing stay at the Perugia apartment with amazing views from the main bedroom and bathrm

We loved everything about this property and the owner. Owner sent us a welcome reminder a day before our arrival along with video instruction on how to get to the property and where to locate the keys. We loved our 5 night stay in this cozy, light, and clean apartment. Kids and us had separate rooms and separate bathrooms; there is a living room too, a dining area, and kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. The apartment has air conditioners in each room and the view from the main bedroom is gorgeous. Also, the internet connection was great, we were able to use all our devices and watch YouTube and Netflix on the tv. All in all, we loved our stay and if we ever have to come back to Perugia, we'd stay there again.

So much: a beautiful, spacious & clean apartment. Well facilitated, very safe and felt like home. Walkable to the town sqauare & all sourrounds to explore were great. Also, the host; very kind/shared local to do's & replied promptly to any queries via Whats App. Such a pleasant stay. You won't go wrong stay here 4/7 or 13 days, as we did. Grazie Mille..

the only thing is that the heaters are remotely handled, and on a few cold afternoons, it would have been nice to come on before 6 pm.

il servizio pulizia da migliorare (fazzoletti di carta sporchi nel comodino), nella cucina mancavano molte cose (cialde caffè nonostante ci fosse la macchinetta, strofinacci da cucina e la spugnetta per i piatti dovrebbe essere cambiata per ogni cliente poiché non possiamo sapere come viene usata da una persona che ci ha preceduto, rotoli di carta igienica insufficienti per il soggiorno di tre giorni e anche insufficienza di asciugamani).

Posizione ottima in centro città

Scala condominiale inguardabile e sporca di calcinacci e male odorante, con contatori spartani, Casa poco pulita con molta polvere e anche con macchie su sedie e divano, vetri finestre molto sporchi , odore sgradevole da un bagno, cucina attrezzata con macchina caffe senza neanche una cialda di benvenuto e neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo, host poco presente, non la consiglio

Buona la posizione, peccato x la mancanza di alcuni dettagli che avrebbero reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto

La posizione centrale , camere spaziose una ben arredata e l’altra più spartana,la cucina ben accessoriata , nel complesso una bella struttura

Il forno molto sporco, mancava la fodera a una sedia , il divano pieno di macchie che abbiamo ripulito noi, un bagno accessoriato e l’altro no , mancava un phon e il tappeto doccia (prontamente portato dal padrone di casa)

Posizione top, pulizia flop

Ottima posizione, direttamente nel centro di Perugia. Casa ideale per una coppia di amici, dotata di due bagni e vari servizi.

L' appartamento era estremamente sporco e polveroso, a tal punto che ho avuto un attaco di asma la prima notta essendo allergica alla polvere. Il secondo giorno ci siamo armati di Swiffer e abbiamo pulito tutta la casa - vedere il risultato nelle foto allegate. Da un bagno usciva un cattivo odore ed Il forno era pieno di briciole e pezzi di cibo. Inoltre il riscaldamento era programmato dall'host e si accendeva non prima delle 18:30, quindi abbiamo avuto molto freddo un pomeriggio che siamo rimasti in casa.
