Cozy in the Centro Storico

Location was fantastic. It was very clean and everything we needed was there. Very easy to get to the main central square. The host was very helpful.

great positioning, but in need of renovation

The property was right in the center of the city, so we were close to everything!

- the coffee machine was not working and we informed the owner. he said that he’d come and fix it, but when we asked about the time of his arrival, he didn’t answer anymore. he then came back two days later with a long standard message with tips to go around Perugia - the TV is not functional. we have tried to search for the programs, but found none, so I guess it does not have cable - we did not have any kitchen paper roll and this was a basic stuff every accomodation has - the room had a very strange odour due to it being located in a basement. it was a bit humid - we found spider webs in the bathroom - the hot water is supplied through a boiler, and it was not enough for two people - the storage facility was placed a bit weird, with a desk near it, so we could not use it. also, the door to it was broken. - the the door handle to the fridge was broken On a general note, if you can ignore this, the location is great. Our advice for the owner is to do a bit of renovation.

Very central location, compact place and fairly clean.

The place lacked a window and air, was short of wardrobe space. It also did not provide good pillows as all we had was a flat empty pillow each, it also was in need of a bit of maintenance.

Central apartment, good for short stays

The location was fine, central in the old town of Perugia. The owner was always disponible on the mobile for any kind of question. The bed and sheets were comfortable, shower was fantastic, the apartment contains the basic stuff for cooking (oil, salt, coffee machine)

If I am the owner I would share more information about the location, and how to get there from the airport (google maps and bus schedules are a mess) if you are going without a car. We took AirLink bus, went to Piazza Italia and then ca 10 min on foot. Apartment needs small reparations (door handle, freezer door, hangers in the bathroom). The place is small but good for a short trip. I would also recommend sharing information if the water is drinkable if not even a bottle of water is left and instructions on how to turn on the stove.

Exceptional

Small but comfortable apartment for a 2 night stay. Clean apartment, and equipped kitchen. Great location for exploring this beautiful town. The free airport transfer was a bonus!

No reply from the host initially (seemed to be a problem with him receiving messages) but once this was sorted he was quick to reply and really helpful and friendly.

Perugia è una splendida città peccato il caldo che non ci aspettavamo a metà giugno.

La casa era molto fresca essendo ricavata a piano strada con muri molto antichi quindi spessi. Perciò non abbiamo sofferto il caldo almeno la notte visto le alte temperature esterne. Riadattata con gusto. Valida per una coppia

Qualche gancio in più per appendere gli asciugamani e una mensolina nella doccia per i saponi. Non funzionava la ventola del bagno ma lo abbiamo segnalato.
