Great

Ideal location close to the historical center of Perugia, restaurants, parking (easy access through walk with stairs) and mini metro (Cupa station). The apartment is quiet, bright, comfortable and very clean. The owner Valentina is a nice and attentive person, we enjoyed discussing with her, grazie Valentina!

Just a suggestion (not something we did not like) : add hooks near the walk in shower to hang towels and clothes

Spacious apartment with lovely views

The apartment is very spacious, bright and with all the amenities one might need for a short or a longer stay. Recently renovated and with beautiful views over Perugia. Situated on a quiet street and only 5 minutes walking from the main city attractions. Definitely recommend. In the kitchen there was a small pack of coffee - a lovely gesture if you arrive late and need a cup of coffee the next morning :-)

Very central, yet quiet accommodation, with a nice view on the valley

The apartment is large enough and has everything for a comfortable stay, the host was very polite and the place was clean. We appreciated the location that was just few minutes walking from the main square, yet very quiet as it is facing a valley. It is also just a few minutes walking from the mini-metro stop. The piazza on which the building is located is very quiet, there are no cars passing by. Kitchen and bathroom were comfortable to use. No problems with hot water or water pressure whatsoever. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, mattress and bedding clean and soft. I usually have a problem falling asleep in new places for the first night, but here I fell asleep without this problem.

- The flushing in the bathroom made a rather loud noise when filling back up (but it's normal in old buildings)

Alloggio semplice ma comodo e pulito. In posizione conveniente per raggiungere il centro.

Alloggio pratico, pulito e silenzioso in posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il centro di Perugia, lasciando l’auto in un parcheggio sottostante a pagamento. Gestore cortesissimo e disponibile. Bagno ampio e ben curato. Mobilio essenziale ma comodo. Ottimo il riscaldamento.

Attenzione al piccolo gradino di accesso al bagno, forse da segnalare con una luce di cortesia.

Perfetta per vedere Perugia!

Casa pulitissima, ampi spazi e arredamento curato con colori rilassanti. Letto molto comodo, bagno spazioso con finestrino e cucina con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalle scale mobili e dai parcheggi fuori dal centro storico. 5/10 minuti di camminata dalla piazza principale. La proprietaria Valentina simpaticissima, molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Grand appartement avec cuisine, l'emplacement était super et pas bruyant. Lit super confortable. Accueil très gentil.

Fantastique , j y retournerais à la même place!

Manque de l’équipement comme une bouilloire, micro onde , grille pain, Crochets dans la salle de bain, quelques rouleaux de papiers de toilettes pour des séjours de plus de 3 jours . Ce sont des détails qui facilite le séjour. Nous avons , toutefois, apprécié notre séjour.

Ottima esperienza: consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con il nostro cane ne La Casa del Grillo: un bell'appartamento, nuovo, spazioso, pulito e completo di tutto. Vicinissimo al centro (5 minuti a piedi). Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze (oppure gratuito lungo le strade limitrofe, distanti circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento). Dato che l'appartamento si trova in zona a traffico limitato, per raggiungerlo dal parcheggio, è necessario salire con scale mobili e scalinate che rendendo un po' faticoso il trasporto delle valigie, ma questa è un po' la caratteristica della bellissima città di Perugia: un sali e scendi continuo. Nel complesso un'esperienza ottima. Un grazie alla sig.ra Valentina, gentilissima e disponibile.
