Super cosy apartment in great location

The apartment is extraordinary! Super cosy and spacious. Well stocked kitchen - cutlery, pots, pans, plates, bowls and even sugar, salt, coffee, tea etc. The main square and center of the city is 2 minuteas away, there are two shops 1 minute away, the bus (flixbus) station is 5 minutes away - the location is great. The owner was cool and helpful and didn't really care about check-in, check-out hours.

Bed is rather small and not comfortable, especially for 2 people. The shower is terrible - it is this kind of open shower without any curtain / cover / doors so the whole bathroom is flooded after one shower. The walls are rather thin, we could here people talking above us. Also it could be a little cleaner.

location is great but service is disappointing

location was very good , the Monolocale could be charming if it were given the adequate attention by the persons managing it

bathroom not functional , to shower one has to wet the whole floor and it is situated practically over the toilet. Also we found a man’x boxer underpants in the carpet near the bed therefore place could not have been adequate cleaned prior to our arrival.

loved this place and can’t wait to return

the property is so quaint, it looks like a tavern inside. it had good kitchen facilities and equipment, everything you need. the location was amazing, leave the property, take a right, go up the steps and you’re in the centre. up the top of the steps, there’s an awesome crêpe place selling sweet and savoury ones for less than €5, as well as delicious cocktails and coffees and they open until 2am. The property was very comfortable and will definitely return.

There isn’t WiFi which wasn’t a problem for us but take note of it, there was also a smell of cigarettes which I believe came from upstairs. Shower wasn’t ideal and was often cold but not a big issue for us. it could also use a bit of a deep clean.

Great location in a small stree with no traffic. Supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurants are just around the corner. City center is 5min walking.

Not so clean and when taking a shower water was leaking in the hall.

La posizione è in centro, un sottoscala nel quale è stato ricavato un monolocale grandicello, ma non pulitissimo e mobilia un po’ datata. Inoltre non c’è possibilità di parcheggio, solo a pagamento, per un importo assurdo di 2,40 euro all’ora.

Il monolocale era in pessimo stato: sporco sia l'abitazione che la biancheria da letto e bagno che sapeva di miffa, stanza fredda nonostante il riscaldamento acceso e chiavi prese all'arrivo in un posto non sicuro alla portata di tutti.

Bene ma non benissimo

Posto perfetto per ogni bisogno, gestore gentilissima e alla mano, monolocale che permette di organizzarsi mangiando e facendo colazione in autonomia, facilita' di comunicazione, orari di ingresso e uscita flessibili, pompa di calore,insomma vorrei dare un milione di stelle perche' e' il posto perfetto per me , ma...

Ecco dove sta il problema: se necessito di un albergo e' segno che voglio dormire, ma come si fa a dormire in due in un letto da una piazza e mezzo, col materasso come una barca e sopra un lenzuolo da lettino singolo che la notte tiri a destra e a sinistra lasciando sempre uno dei due scoperto? Basterebbe cambiare il materasso (che deve aver visto giorni migliori) e la biancheria piu' adeguata e per me il posto sarebbe da 10 stelle !

Un'appartemento spazioso, con tutto il necessario. Essenziale ma dal prezzo conveniente, con un vero vantaggio: la posizione a pochi "scalini" dal centro :)

Tutto nella norma, consiglierei un ammodernamento dell'arredamento.

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che esci e stai nel centro storico stop!.per il resto niente di niente.

Pulizia 2 Ambiente 1 Bellezza 0 Puzza di muffa ovunque Biancheria puzza di armadio vecchio Mobili vecchi scricchiolanti con un cattivissimo odore Letto con materasso sottilissimo con molle che ti distruggono Il letto è posizionato sotto un finestrone che da su strada coperto in parte da una tenda,è come dormire per strada Ambiente lucrube La definirei la casa dei mostri Per non parlare che come ho aperto la porta per uscire ,un topo mi è passato a distanza di 20 centimetri Capisco che sta al centro storico ma l'appartamento è rimasto storico facendo questa affermazione l'ho anche valorizzato. Mai più. Non lo consiglio a nessuno e chi dice che va bene evidentemente ha sempre dormito nei tombini.

Tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro

Ambiente rustico piacevole, bel camino, veramente a 2 passi dal centro ma contemporaneamente in una zona tranquilla. Caffè a disposizione per la colazione (di cui non sappiamo proprio fare a meno). Wifi efficiente anche se nell'annuncio dicevano che non era disponibile.

Stoviglie essenziali: solo 1 tazzina da caffè, alcune cose veramente molto vecchiotte e/o arrangiate, ma dato l'ottimo prezzo va benissimo lo stesso: molto probabilmente torneremo con piacere

Tja, het was een uitgewoonde jongenskamer met gedateerd keukentje. Niet schoon, verschrikkelijk bed, iedere stap is hoorbaar van de verhuurder die boven woont.

Soggiorno non confortevole, ottima vicinanza al centro.

L'ottima posizione. La possibilità di avere uno spazio dedicato alla cucina. L'ambiente grande e la disponibilità del proprietario/gestore sia per l'orario di arrivo che per quello della partenza, oltre che alle indicazioni per il parcheggio. Prezzo buono.

Lo specchio del bagno ha ruggine o altro sotto il vetro e un braccio della luce è rotto. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiedere altri asciugamani e c'era solo un asciugamano grande per la doccia. Non c'è uno spazio a disposizione per mettere i vestiti tipo armadio o cassettone e neanche un attaccapanni, in compenso ci sono molti oggetti personali che occupano spazio e che potrebbe essere utilizzato dagli ospiti. Il letto ad una piazza e mezzo non era molto comodo, ma il piumone era confortevole. Il letto singolo è comodo, ma con coperte vecchie e malandate. Ci avevano preparato solo il letto ad una piazza e mezzo; visto che eravamo in due persone, secondo noi avrebbero dovuto preparare subito il secondo letto, che comunque è stato fatto dietro nostra richiesta. Alcuni oggetti della cucina erano sporchi (in particolare il fornetto). Non sono riuscita a capire come si apre la finestra ed il sistema di oscuramento presente è poco sicuro ed obsoleto. Ci sono diversi punti luce, che nell'insieme forniscono un'illuminazione scarsa (per esempio sulla tavola non c'era luce). L'ambiente era umido e abbiamo avuto freddo sia nel locale che nel bagno. Avrebbe bisogno di essere pitturato e messo a nuovo. L'aspetto nell'insieme è quello della trascurattezza. Lo vedo più adatto ad uso personale che ad uso esterno.
