A very modern unit in the centre of Perugia. The bed was comfortable as was the couch, which is pretty unusual in my experience. There were PowerPoints and usb ports next to the bed on both sides, again unusual. Everything was well finished and the kitchen looked well equipped, although I didn’t use it other than for tea and coffee. Big fridge and dishwasher, as well as washing machine and 2nd toilet. The instructions on how to enter using codes were clear and make it very convenient not having to carry a key around. And suggestions for what to see and where to eat were very useful. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in.
I can’t really fault it but a couple of things would make it even more comfortable. Some of the kitchen cupboards are up very high and I’m short so I could only just reach the first row of glasses. A small step ladder would be useful. Also a separate single lounge chair would be nice.
