The location is perfect for visiting the old city center. It is very convenient. The apartment is modern, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine during the heat wave we were experiencing in the city. It has 1 A/C unit in the kitchen so it is a bit of a stretch to cover the entire apartment but we made it work and kept the rooms from getting hot (need to keep doors open). There was hot water for showers and also washing machine. The host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Perugia!

Property was large and beds huge and comfy. Code entry easy. Location was superb. Because we were somewhat out the back once inside it was quiet at night. that was quite important with a music festival and football matches on screens in the street. That said it was a brilliant atmosphere.

We made an error on the air conditioner by switching off the wrong socket. Our fault. A little sticker on it to say do not switch off may be useful to interfering husbands. Also a note in your instructions to say leave bedroom doors open so that the cool air circulates. It was 35 degrees while there so it was exceptionally hot.

Excellent location. Kind and responsive owner.

Be aware there are stairs so mobility issues if that is of concern otherwise perfect place.
