Fabulous modern unit in the centre of town.

A very modern unit in the centre of Perugia. The bed was comfortable as was the couch, which is pretty unusual in my experience. There were PowerPoints and usb ports next to the bed on both sides, again unusual. Everything was well finished and the kitchen looked well equipped, although I didn’t use it other than for tea and coffee. Big fridge and dishwasher, as well as washing machine and 2nd toilet. The instructions on how to enter using codes were clear and make it very convenient not having to carry a key around. And suggestions for what to see and where to eat were very useful. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in.

I can’t really fault it but a couple of things would make it even more comfortable. Some of the kitchen cupboards are up very high and I’m short so I could only just reach the first row of glasses. A small step ladder would be useful. Also a separate single lounge chair would be nice.

Central location. Spacious and comfortable and exactly as described. The communication with the owner was easy and friendly. The instructions provided were very helpful. Please bear in mind there are a good number of steps both up and down to access the property so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Superb flat in the heart of Perugia

Everything about this flat was perfect. Never had a flat been so spick and span clean and tidy, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. Absolutely fantastic spot.

Nothing — if I really had to dig for something to say, it would be to note that if you are immobile or have issues with stairs, getting to the apartment will be a bit tricky.

Highly recommended apartment

The flat was excellent—clean, modern, and very practical. Clear instructions for using the equipment were provided before arrival. It’s set in one of the most beautiful squares in Perugia, surrounded by plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. The location is also very convenient, with the mini metro and taxi stands just a short walk away. Highly recommended

No fan or AC in the bedroom. A standing fan in the bedroom would have ticked all the boxes.

Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated apartment right in the center of the old town. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and the washing machine very handy

The house is extremely beautiful, and location is fantastic. It is highly recommended for anyone visiting Perugia. The host has been very useful in suggesting appropriate parking options. We will go back if in Perugia again.

Brilliant location and apartment

A very modern apartment with a most unusual access. You enter at ground level from the busy centre square/piazza, climb a flight of stairs, walk along a corridor to an adjoining building, walk down a flight of stairs, and you find yourself on the 2nd floor of a residential apartment. The apartment was very large with all modern facilities. The host sent us videos on how everything worked which was excellent. Keyless entry with good security was great as was the washing machine. It was so close to the hub of Perugia yet very quiet. Directly outside in the square you have a wide range of eateries and shops We would stay here again

I had to ask for an iron and ironing board, which was no trouble to get, but it should have been onsite already

Spacious modern apartment in the heart of Perugia.

Cannot fault this apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and considered stealing the pillow it was so good. Good wardrobe space and apartment was modern and tastefully decorated. It is in the centre of the historical city and close to the escalators and minimetro which made reaching the apartment very easy. Large shower and benefit of a second half bath. Host left some Baci chocolates as a welcome.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Perugia! A beautiful apartment in the heart of the Centro Storico.

The property is meticulous, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the accommodations. The pictures are exactly what you would expect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked to allow for eating in from time to time. The apartment is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment for the second time in two years. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centro storico of Perugia, surrounded by shops, museums, restaurants and cafes. Train, bus and taxi are easily accessible by a short walk. The host is most accommodating and assists with questions or making arrangements (my Italian is very limited). It feels like coming home!

The cleanest apartment we've have ever lived

This was the cleanest apartment we've ever lived in Italy. Sheets and towels smelled beautifully, the bathroom and the wc were super sanitized. Absolutely cozy, beautifully furnished and perfectly located. We'll definitely come back . Maybe some amenities (such us a few nespresso capsules and some treats ) would elevate it's value. Nicola thank you very much! We had a really pleasant stay!

Nina house was modern and roomy with fantastic facilities. The ensuited main bedroom was a generous size and had plenty of storage. The kitchen well equipped with plenty of bench space and modern appliances. A coffee machine with pods and Nicola even had some lovely chocolates for us on arrival.

There's a problem with inside temperature when it's hot outside (35 degrees C). There's only a window unit in the main room and the bedroom gets a little stuffy. A fan would help. The main room temperature didn't go below 25.
