Un posto accogliente con tutto il necessario per sentirsi proprio come a casa. Posizione fantastica vicino a diversi servizi e a due passi dal centro. Host super disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato.

La disponibilita`di Antonello nel rendere il soggiorno piacevole con la sua accoglienza, con le informazioni dettagliate per il parcheggio piu' vicino, per i locali di ristorazione . Trovare il riscaldamento gia` acceso vista la temperatura esterna rigida. In cucina prodotti per la pulizia e prodotti utili per un caffe` , una tisana ecc. Ottima la pulizia della casa. Il
Bagno pratico e con prodotti a disposizione. Ottimo il materasso in camera da letto.
Non posso definire propriamente "non piaciuto" pero' potrei consigliare di mettere due tende a vetro nel soggiorno e per rendere piu' confortevole il sonno proporrei un divano letto con movimento ad estrazione del letto con materasso .

Location near Via Appia and Centro Storico was great, and easily within walking distance. We did a ‘self’ check in, so we didn’t meet Antonello, but the instructions were easy to follow. We had a little difficulty with logging onto the WiFi, but he was very helpful with suggestions (via WhatsApp). The kitchen was basic, but had all of the equipment and functionality that we wanted/needed. When we left, we had an afternoon train from Perugia, and Antonello was accommodating and flexible about our checkout time.
The apartment felt a little cramped, especially the lack of distance between the shower and toilet in the bathroom - one sitting on the toilet couldn’t avoid hitting the shower door. The sliding shower glasses did not meet properly, ie. leak. We had the front (i.e., street-facing) apartment, so it was probably a little noisier than the one in the back, although it appeared that new windows had been installed - maybe to add some sound-proofing? The shared entryway from the street was cluttered and untidy - not a good first, or lasting, impression. but this might not have been under the control of Antonello, as it’s a shared entryway. We felt that we were charged a premium for the apartment because we were there the same weekend as a journalism conference - capitalism at work…
