Great location to old town, comfortable stay

Comfortable , stylish, and convenient

This place had it all: easy parking and an easy walk to the beautiful old town, and it was comfortable and stylish. The guitar and working record player with LPs was a great touch and lots of fun. There were many thoughtful little extras. Stefania was kind and responsive and took time to show us everything we might need to know and give background on the apartment’s history.

The apartment building didn’t look as nice from outside as the space does inside, so we were uncertain when we arrived. But it really turned out to be very nice.

Lovely place, well appointed and fantastically decorated. Nice and spacious.

The hosts stayed at the property until 12:30 in the morning as our flight was delayed.

Only one AC unit in the hall and it didn’t really make the bedrooms cooler.

Beautiful apartment in a neighborhood on the hill.

Beautiful renovated apartment, all rooms, kitchen and bathroom fully furnished with a nice flare.

Location was not clearly understood as it is a neighborhood on the hill. However once sorted out, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

Wonderful & spacious apartment in Perugia!

We loved the friendly host who shared many recommendations about the area and what to do! The location was fantastic, peaceful but close enough to the main square (15-20 minute walk). The apartment had everything and more that you could need for a stay :)

Piacevole soggiorno perugino

Come era presentato l' appartamento, molto curato nei dettagli e pulito. Abbiamo gradito la presenza in cucina di tutto il necessario e di qualche alimento di prima necessità (the, caffè, acqua in frigo e briochine per la colazione)

La posizione non è centralissima, anche sé con una breve camminata si raggiunge la scala mobile per il centro storico

Für uns perfekt von der Lage und der Auustattung.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Hier konnte man sich sehr gut aufhalten und alle notwendigen Sachen waren vorrätig. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und es gab ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Stereoanlage und Schallplatten. :-)

Stefania hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns die Besonderheiten der Unterkunft erklärt. Dabei bekamen wir auch Infos über Perugia. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich eingerichtet.

Appartamento molto bello.Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.Cucina comoda e dotata dei generi di prima necessità per fare caffè o the.Due camere matrimoniali spaziose e comode.Unico difetto i due posti nel divano letto in soggiorno sono da una piazza e mezza adatti per due ragazzini.I miei due figli ci stavano strettini ma per un pernottamento si soni adattati.

Comodo e accogliente per la famiglia

Appartamento accogliente, nonostante un po datato, ma soprattutto arredato in modo semplice e delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto la stanza del jazz. Ospitalità e cortesia sono state eccellenti. Non ci é mancato nulla. Abbiamo dormito benissimo,, e la cosa non é per nulla scontata, comode le camere e i materassi. Ottima la posizione, in dieci minuti a piedi eravamo in centro e la macchina é rimasta nel parcheggio privato. Tutto perfetto!
