"This could be a great place to stay if the management addresses a few issues."
Very central position in the old town.
The apartment, which overlooks the piazza, is located directly above several restaurants, making it impossible to sleep at night. Adding to the noise, a loud, old air cooler outside the bedroom window was never repaired or replaced despite our complaints. The sink was broken for our entire four-day stay, even though the manager promised an immediate fix. The shower mixer is just an exposed screw, which could cause injury, and the bathroom door does not close properly.

Perfect stay in Centro Storico!
This apartment cannot be more central. It is right in the square, with public transport right in front. Super clean, there is everything that you need for a few days in Perugia. We did not meet the host, the keys were passed on to us by a nice lady, presumably the cleaner. She showed us around and it was perfect.
It could be a little noisy especially on Saturday night, till early hours.
