City Center - Casa del Morlacchi

Ubicación ideal, a un paso del centro histórico. Todo y ser una zona de mucha afluencia, cuando cierras las ventanas, no escuchas los ruidos de fuera. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, excelente relación calidad-precio. El gestor del apartamento nos permitió entrar una hora antes, lo cual se agradece cuando llevas las maletas encima. Todo muy bien, volveremos.

Ubicazione eccellente. Centralissimo. Vicino a tutto Pulitissimo Riccardo ci ha sembrato un anfitrione ottimo, 100% disponibile e gentile.

Niente!!! L’unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è il sistema di consegna delle chiavi, che comunque non interferisce con la qualità ottima della struttura.

Big, clean and light apartment, with kitchen (if it important for smb)… in the center of the city, 1 min from piazza November IV, from one side windows to the loud street, but window in the bedroom - to the quiet side. Comfortable bed, wifi, enough space for clothes.

Indeed strange way to get the key, under the totem pole…i did not get how to find them and the owner had to bring them in person. The rest was perfect.

Very central position in the old town.

The apartment, which overlooks the piazza, is located directly above several restaurants, making it impossible to sleep at night. Adding to the noise, a loud, old air cooler outside the bedroom window was never repaired or replaced despite our complaints. The sink was broken for our entire four-day stay, even though the manager promised an immediate fix. The shower mixer is just an exposed screw, which could cause injury, and the bathroom door does not close properly.
