Appartamento perfetto per il soggiorno durante Eurochocolate! Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Perugia. Gli ambienti sono puliti, accoglienti e dotati di tutto il necessario. Proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Ideale per vivere al meglio l’evento e la città.

It is a cosy apartment with all the facilities you might need. The view is beautiful and the apartment is located perfectly! You are close to the center, it is maybe a 5 minute walk. We had some trouble opening the door, but when we addressed this issue they were more than happy to help us out!

Tolle Lage, man ist sofort im Zentrum der Altstadt. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war die Temperatur angenehm. Wir haben jede Nacht quergelüftet und dadurch war das Zimmer nachts recht angenehm von der Temperatur. Das kleine Apartment war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Zentrum und der schöne Ausblick hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.
Es gibt nur eine Treppe im Haus, kein Lift, man muss einige Stufen steigen und es kann mit schwerem Gepäck ein bisschen mühsam werden. Vom Bahnhof muss ein Taxi oder die Minimetro genommen werden, zu Fuß mit Gepäck ist es zu weit, dafür liegt das Apartment aber in der wunderschönen Altstadt.

The apartment is in a good location in the center of Perugia. It has a fantastic view over the old city. The place was clean and had a good size.
The fridge didn't close properly and the shower head was defect. Also the apartment had no kitchen towel and no basics like (oil, pepper a few herbs). We asked where the washing machine was and we received the info 1 day before we left. The communication during our stay was not great.
