"A stone's throw of the cathedral" Beautiful private apartment located in the heart of the center has 60m2 with private entrance, elevator, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom on a loft, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi spa and comfortable living room with fireplace.

An open living room is designed with a fireplace, sofa and dinning area Also with guests bathroom.

We stayed two nights. The best part was the location, which was excellent. It is near all the main sites and many restaurants. The apartment was as pictured. It was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. There are two bathrooms, with the larger on the 2nd level with the bedroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep and might cause concern for those with mobility impairments or with young children. There is a fairly steep stairway to the elevator.

What a lovely apartment, a feeling of spaciousness not often found in centrally located places. It is comfortable, immaculately clean, with simple but lovely-cum-quirky decor, nice light, nice bathrooms, small but very functional kitchen, and lots of storage space. My husband and I loved it with a few caveats: its central location, one of its great assets, is also one of its pitfalls - it is on a major walking thoroughfare to the main piazza, and was noisy at night. That said, if you can sleep with your earplugs in, it's less of an issue. The second caveat is that we had trouble with the internet access. This may have been our fault, as our iPhone is an older model, a fact that caused us other problems. The free WiFi in central Perugia requires an Italian sim card which we were not able to install in either our iPhone or MacBookAir, and if there is separate WiFi specific to the apartment the fellow who installed us in the apartment had some strange explanation about it. Alas for us. Finally, the instructions/directions to access the property, provided by HomeAway, instructed us to go to Corciano, the little town outside Perugia. Strange, especially when we called the number provided and talked to the apparent manager only to be told to stay where we were, he would send someone to get us... very strange. However, once installed, we loved the feeling of the place, it was nice to be only two minutes away from the main piazza, near to everything we wanted to do, to the recommended restaurants, sights, walks, museums and so forth.
So, I would recommend this place with a couple of reservations, but overall a lovely apartment.
