Casa Malichi - Rètro Apartment - Centro Storico Perugia

This may have been the best apartment that we've had over many years traveling in Italy. The apartment is music themed, with the main room wall papered with concert posters that you could not help looking at. The small but very nice kitchen had a table kind of built it, a good room saver. Great bathroom. And the apartment was an easy walk to elevators to take you to Centro and the mini metro. The neighborhood was great, lively with several good restaurants close by. This is easy to recommend. I hope we can stay again in the future. The hosts are fabulous and available.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so plenty of steps.

Brilliant location, super helpful host and modern clean and lovely decorative items.

The air conditioning cooled one room somewhat but wasn’t as effective in the other and it was a very hot period. There was however a fan so we managed with this.

Very comfortable and really enjoyed all the retro posters. The view was fantastic. You could enjoy it while eating at the table.

Could have instructions on appliances and recycling.

Lovely flat in the historic centre of Perugia. We stayed in the Movie-themed apartment, which also had a great view from the living room and great decor. We enjoyed the large bathroom with shower and the very comfy bed. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the historic town centre. Added bonus: access to a shared washer and dryer on the top floor, which we found extremely useful as we were on a long-running trip. Our host was very friendly and provided plenty of instructions and details to get into the flat and general help and information about Perugia. There are a couple of bars a few minutes walk from the flat, great for breakfast in the morning.
