Modern bachelor apartment

Excellent location to get to historical central Perugia where all the shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries located within walking distance. Extra large shower cubicle, plenty of space for storage if staying longer. Neat little kitchen for basic cooking or making tea or coffee. Comfortable sofa and bed, with various lighting choices depending on mood or preference.

Did not know how to use the electric hob , but I could have checked online or messaged the host they always got back to us whenever we left a message. Hard to find anything negative to say .

Great location, but not for more than one person.

The location of the apartment was excellent, just a short walk to the escalators. And the owner was always available and very pleasant to deal with.

We had booked for five nights and left after two because the apartment was not set up for families. The bathroom is a glass enclosure inside the bedroom and affords zero privacy (there is also no door between the bedroom containing said bathroom and the rest of the space). The shower was full of mold and is in need of resealing. The kitchen was not set up for any kind of cooking (dull knife, few plates and a range with an unusable interface). And I wish we would have noticed the brief mention about the apartment being on the third floor without an elevator -- definitely not a place set up for more than one person.

Well located apartment just outside of the city walls within easy walking distance to the centre

Nice apartment with a very cool style within easy reach of the city center. Paid parking with cameras, close by was reasonable at 17 euros for 24 hours. The escalators from the parking up to the city were appreciated although did feel a little lazy 😂

Not a huge fan of the glass walled toilet in the bedroom but that's just a question of personal taste.

Un gioiello nel cuore di Perugia

Posizione centralissima, appartamento molto spazioso, accogliente, pulito ed estremamente ben arredato. Palazzo signorile con numerose possibilità di parcheggio (a pagamento e non), situato a pochi metri dalla scala mobile per salire in centro a Perugia. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Il proprietario si è anche dimostrato molto disponibile nell’’assecondare le nostre richieste e rispondere prontamente ai messaggi. Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Torneremo sicuramente

Ci tornerei sicuramente

Ottima soluzione per lavoro e per svago. Appartamentino decisamente confortevole, ben arredato, comodo, pulito in bello stabile d'epoca. Personale cortese e disponibile ad incontrare i bisogni. Vicina al centro e ci si arriva con la vicina scala mobile in 10 minuti di camminata leggera. Da e per la stazione meglio prendere un taxi. Se si è in macchina c'è un parcheggio centrale molto vicino.

La parte bagno è molto pulita, nuova e di bel design: basta sapere che è ricavata all'interno della stanza da letto, non è un locale a parte. Nulla di male, funziona bene, ma basta saperlo.

Casettina molto moderna, estetica mozzafiato. Bagno particolare ma che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro. Consigliatissima!

La posizione comoda rispetto al centro storico e gli spazi ampi dell'alloggio che è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è in ottimo stato. Per gli amanti della modernità assolutamente da consigliare

Nulla di particolare da segnalare, l'unico piccolo difetto è che l'alloggio si trova al secondo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore.

Tre giorni a Perugia

L'appartamento è molto bello, ben ristrutturato e spazioso, fornito di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in camera e bagno. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro di Perugia in pochi minuti a piedi.L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha accolto all'orario per noi più comodo. Per un prossimo viaggio a Perugia valuteremo sicuramente di soggiornare nuovamente qui.

La casa è in ottima posizione rispetto al centro, due passi e tramite la scala mobile in 5 minuti nemmeno sei al corso. Ma veniamo alla casa. Arredata in maniera impeccabile, con materiali ricercati,c'è tutto quello che può servirti in un soggiorno comprese le stoviglie in cucina e la lavastoviglie . La camera è silenziosa,letto comodissimo e la doccia è da urlo! Enorme e con il soffione doppio! La pulizia è impeccabile così come l'host che con la sua accoglienza ti fa già sentire a casa. Pronto a consigliarti tutto ciò che puoi servirti per vivere Perugia in pieno! Non solo consiglio Urban Suite,la raccomando!
