Right in the heart of Venice. Loved getting to be at Realto bridge right in the morning, the view is the canal from the room was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating to my needs as I traveled alone and late at night. So close to water stop!

Great room. Tiny shower. I wish hand soap was provided.
The stairs to get to the room. That was not mentioned and after a long hot day exploring, it was difficult to climb 3 sets of staircases.

No lighting in the outside to get up 3 flights of stairs. Extremely dangerous.
Roof leaked our 1st night there during a rain storm and we had water all over the floor. Had to use our bath towels to clean it up.
Coffee pot leaked all over had to use a towel under it. Proprietors were clearly non existent and not around. When we reported the leak they said they were investigating. Not worth the $$$ we paid. Also, the room for 4 was an attic with low ceilings and beams. We all hit our head several times. Very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small and when you opened the bathroom door, it blocked the entrance to the room. Crazy set up. Not conducive to a nice stay.
