Nos encantó nuestra estancia. La habitación era muy amplia y perfecta para una familia con dos niños. Lo que más disfrutaron los niños fue la hamaca/s columpio colgante del techo, donde se divirtieron muchísimo. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, acogedor y, sobre todo, muy limpio. Además, la ubicación es excelente: está a solo unos 5 minutos a pie del Puente de Rialto, lo que hace que sea muy cómodo para visitar Venecia a pie. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
No tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y el alojamiento cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas.

Prachtig hotel in authentiek Venetiaans paleis, verborgen in de kleine straatjes aan een klein pleintje. Dicht in de buurt van de Rialto brug. Prachtige entree en kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en altijd goed bereikbaar via whatsapp.
Jammer dat er een lek was in de kamer. Werden om 8 uur in de ochtend wakker van water dat van het plafond kwam.

Charming place, super friendly and helpful staff , the room was spotless . Right by the Rialto Bridge and in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants.
I loved everything. The only downside is the 3rd floor with no elevator. If you're young like me it's totally fine and doable, but I realized it was a bit tiring for my mom.

The room was very big and felt very luxurious. The bathroom was also very big and nice. Location was good.
This hotel is not really as you would expect from a hotel. It's a room, with absolutely no-one to help with anything. We did not see a single member of staff the entire time we were there, we only had access to a whatsapp texting service, with very limited hours and slightly rude communication. For the price I think you can do much better elsewhere.
