amazing place to stay! even better staff (:
we got in late the night we were supposed to check in and were worried about how to get to the compound and check in. however, even before we got there, barbara had already messaged us and given us step by step instructions on which boats to take and how to get to the facility. and then, despite getting to the compound late, sunil waited the entire time for us to get there, coming to greet us and open the door and show us around. not only that, but both barbara made sure we were taken care of the entirety of our stay — coordinating transportation to the airport for an early flight, having an pleasant breakfast morning every day, and just continuing to check on us.
venice was beautiful, but we could not speak more highly of the people who helped us enjoy it!

I loved the decor in the room, it was clean. The staff were nice, the location was perfect as it was centralized to many of the restaurants and shops and it was walkable.

We liked the location centrally located. Close to everything. The only thing we did not like was the amount of stairs to get to our room. My husband had knees surgery and we were not aware of the significant number of stairs. Otherwise we liked the location.
