Really enjoyed our stay, nice little touches (bottle of wine) and bathroom amenities. Place was immaculate, coffee, water, cereal and pastries provided. The rooftop and sitting lounge very comfortable. Owner is delightful. The fifty-fives up the stairs is worth it.

This place was immaculately kept and the amenities were excellent, especially the rooftop terrace! It was close to the Rialto bridge and easy access to everything. Our host, Maurizio, was friendly and helpful. The only caution, is the narrow stairs to get to our room. 68 stairs in total, which for some will be difficult (great exercise for us!). With Maurizio's help we were able to use the luggage lift for the first 50 stairs and then carry the luggage the other 18 to our room. When we left we were not able to use the luggage lift and had to carry the luggage down. Lovely place!

The actual room was very nicely appointed, the let down was that the AC wasn’t working for the 3 nights we were there, we had to have the windows open and were eaten up by Mosquitos that got in. I killed 6 !!
