Great location, easily walkable to wherever we wanted to go, close to water ferry, excellent restaurant recommendation Osteria Garanghelo just metres from the apartment - we went 3 times in 36 hours! Great communications from Raffaella. Really comfortable bed.

The hotel was very nice. It was close to everything - but away from the top crowded places which was nice. It was close to the Rialto bridge and to markets. The owner was super nice. We had room upstairs which was parted in separate 2 rooms - in one room there was a bed and wardrobe, in the other was sofa with tv and bathroom. This could be annoying to someone, but it can be good if one person wants to sleep while the other wants to watch TV/read/work etc. Also our room was the only one upstairs so we had a privacy which was nice.
I think it could have been higher temprature in the rooms. The heating worked but not all the time and I wish it was warmer.

Location was good, calm, the host was responsive
The AC so so noisy, it was quite impossible to sleep. Without it was much too hot. The private bathroom is not really private as you need to go out of your room, it was like a sauna in there
